Wow! I haven't seen these Maypo commercials in years! The "Alice" one I saw only once, but it always stayed with me, as if I wanted my Maypo! And the one with Gil Hodges and Tom Seaver was priceless, as was the one with the late Willie Mays (may he rest in peace). Thank you for bringing these back!
At last! The 1960s-1970s Maypo spots starring pro athletes crying "I want my Maypo!" The legends featured: Carl Yastrzemski,Tom Seaver, Johnny Unitas,Ray Nitschke,Oscar Robertson,Ray Nitschke,Wilt Chamberlain and Willie Mays. Also liked Marky Maypo and the cute little girl he was taking care of (presumably his little sister) from the 1950s.
The athletes saying “I want my Maypo” isn’t as cute as Marky Maypo who I guess is the original mascot saying “I want my Maypo!” My Dad ate this, they sell it on Amazon.

Memories! These are mostly 70's, color commercials were more common by the mid to late 60's and non-existent in the 50's.

Wheatena can’t be that good some of the people in the commercials can’t muster up any enthusiasm.
