2:02:52 sir agar speed ka avg normal avg ki tarah hota hai to speed ka ratio and distance ka ratio same hota hai means yaha 90and60 ka normal avg nikale to 75 hoga and question ke according bhi avg speed 75 hi hai mtlb ki yaha speed ka ratio(90:60=3:2) and distance ka ratio same hoga 3:2 , total distance 5r = 200 then 1r=40 and 3r= 40×3=120 sath hi yaha time same hota hai means 90km/h se jitna time travel kiya gya hai utna hi time 60km/h se bhi tavel kiya gaya hai jo ki 1hr and 20 min hai

2:43:59 the distance covered by thief in 15 min is 15 km and now police jeep has to cover 15 km more distance than theif in 30 min so the speed of police jeep will (15/30×60)= 30 km/h more than the speed of theif and the minimum speed of police jeep will (60+30)=90km/h
