There were hearings years ago where the government wanted to have phone manufacturers create backdoors so law enforcement could unlock any phone and it was ultimately shot down. This is a good thing. Not to mention Homeland security refused to increase his protection 2 months ago and apparently a few rumors have circulated that fbi and Cia have been down their throats about every detail of their security and jurisdiction setting harder limits then usual on the shorthanded secret service security team.
