I love seeing more on this game. I had purchased it about a week ago and loved it, but hadn’t seen much about it, and now it seems people are putting out content and really enjoying it. It’s very Lacerda-like, in such a good way! Glad you guys got it to the table. And congrats to Big Poppa Mike!
Yeah I think folks are just now getting their hands on the game so I'm happy to be seeing more videos on it as well! And totally agree it has a Lacerda vibe for sure. Probably in part due to the Ian O'Toole art
@@TheBrothersMurph The upgrade to your setup and the approach to the videos was huge! I'm happy for you guys, I remember the campaign and all. Glad you got to do it.
@@TheBrothersMurph I'm curious, is this all one camera for the gameplay with different punch ins or did you have multiplel cameras for that? Video quality is super good in this video, congrats!
@@JonGetsGames HI JON!! Thank you for the kind words! Yeah it is all the same camera for our down cam footage, and just punch in's in post. Our down camera is filming in 4k, but we edit and export in 1080p. That way we can do punch ins with the down camera without losing much quality, if any. For these videos we generally have 5 cameras going. One for Mike, One for Nick, One angled camera, one 2-shot camera, and then the down cam. And then for the down camera we usually have 1 full wide, 1 punch in for each of our player areas, and 1 punch in for the main board, or maybe 2 for the main board if it's really big. So we're usually editing with 8-9 cameras in our editing software. It's tough and time consuming but we really like the product we're putting out!

Y'all this teach is so much more clear than the rulebook.
Ayyyye we’re so glad that you found it helpful! That is always our goal. Score one for the Murphs!
Great video as always! I am really enjoying Carnegie, my current leader for top of 2022. Thanks brothers.
Noice!
Nice play through! Definitely interesting to see the different play styles in action.
Thanks PB!!
Remember one can trade 1 good for $1 any time, as many times as you like.
The multiple camera angles are great to follow the game along, and makes it more interesting to watch. Must be a chore to edit though.
It is very time consuming lol. But people leaving nice comments like this makes it worth it! So thanks!

Yeah we were able to upgrade what we do big time and we are so happy with the results so far! Always trying to learn and get better at what we do!

I absolutely love this game and the art and graphic design. I'll never understand why they put Anthony Hopkins on the cover though...😉
I think it’s because Anthony Hopkins is a treasure!
Hey congratulations on the New Baby
Ayyyyyyye thanks so much!
First time watching you two. It worked. You got another subscriber. well done!
Ayeeeee! Thanks for being here Craig!
Well this is convenient - just set a game of this up on BGA. Saves me reading the rule book!
Ayeeeeee
@@TheBrothersMurph dang it’s a good game! Though I think it’s better at three. The blocking pieces are quite annoying at two
Cool game! I would also love to see a playthrough of Scythe.
Scythe is definitely on our list of games to play when we can get a couple guests in!
@@TheBrothersMurph I’ll be sure to watch it!
Cool to see this
The turns got mixed up as the same guy (black t-shirt) chose a timeline twice in a row at 26:34 and 30:24
Ah copy that good catch!
45:42 did you lay down your worker and pay them again to stand up?
It’s entirely possible
@@TheBrothersMurph really omg. I played it wrong the entire time. I layed them down and payed them every round!
oh no! yeah if memory serves you only pay for what you stand up
Where's the patented Blam counter?
We really needed it here. For an upcoming Ark Nova solo episode, I didn't put one, but I said blam at least 700 times lol
Oop! We forgot our blams! Let’s say it was around 43 and here’s a BLAM for good measure!
Hmmm just how far in advance did you record some of these videos?
Couple weeks ago. Why?
@@TheBrothersMurph just poking fun. It’ll be funny to keep these videos coming for a while. Since Gamehaus has gone to board game cafe heaven.
Yeah it was gone when we recorded this, we're keeping the series name the same as an homage to a great place
