@@Frk_X REALLY!? Im going to check that out right now haha Edit: Although I do like Snake Eyes.. it doesn't keep the same energy the entire song like Set Me Free does.

I’ve listened to loads of DNB tunes tonite and this one has stole my heart just wow when that drop comes it’s like wow wow wow what a masterpiece of a track and the vocals are unreal ❤️❤️❤️❤️
I appreciate this musical beauty from Friction, even if I'm not used to listen to this kind of melody, which is very particular and pretty original to me. Love it, once again. ♥️
No wonder Frictions flexing a Stone Island jacket for the pic on this one...it hits you in the jaw like a mob handed football firm in the 90s.. Absolute stomper
Love this style of DNB where hints of dubstep are added with catchy synths and that fast paced drum and bass beat! I'm really loving the songs that are coming out this year in the drum and bass genre or even hybrids. These mixes that bend the lines of genres are just insanely catchy and so good. Some of my favorite songs were only released just this year on UKF DNB, DNB Arena, DNB Portal, UKF Dubstep, Mau5trap, and even Trap City. I usually don't go for the newer types of EDM, but drum and bass (all types including genre mash ups) are shockingly good this year. Drum and bass artists this year are definitely experimenting by implementing sounds you'd normally only hear in other EDM genres. It's this blurring of genre lines that is making things most interesting and new. Some trap artists are doing this as well by adding trance (aka hard wave) and dubstep sounds to their tracks (See Vanic). Some of these artists are just impressive. I'm also really impressed by some of the house tunes that were released this year, as they have been using more bass. Dubstep is bitter sweet because I miss the old "wub wub", but this newer "future riddim" style is growing on me. Thanks UKF for continuously premiering these talented artists who create songs that make the stressful times in our lives a little more manageable. It not only reduces stress... it makes listening to music more enjoyable. Sometimes I get that feeling I got almost 20 years ago when I first discovered Drum and Bass. I was captivated by the new sounds coming out of my speakers. Thanks for helping to allow me to continue to have that awestruck feeling.
@@wizzenberry you cant compare this to neuro. Apart from the fact they are both sub genres of dnb they have nothing else in common. Ed Rush & Optical would shit kittens if they read that. Neuro is neuro and jump up is jump up.
@@morgan1985uk I used to be a producer back in the day bro; you most certainly can and I’m sure if you ever got good at it you would realise that. It’s not a false comparison they both fit into so many equivalencies bar a few. It’s like saying you can’t compare brown bread to white. There are very few variables separating the few some of them I already stated. If I went bread is better than jump up than yes you would be correct 😂
Yo brother pull up and rip some motocross bike with us, Shrewsbury, shit town, dead end, bell ends everywhere but us rare ones know how to do it properly 😂 pass through ya legend x
Sometimes I like to imagine that a few drum and Bass songs are all different acts of the same movie because they either sound similar and/or share a similar title, and/or have titles that I can Envision relating to each other. Case in point: this sounds similar to “Horizon” by distress signal in which the combination of artist and song sounds like aliens or government abducting someone, that’s the first act. Second act is this friction song about trying to escape, to get free. And because they would all be part of one film of course the songs would sound harmonious.
This one legit made me cry. I love the vocals, love the drop, love the tune
The beat, the vocals...
You'll never hear a better DnB song than this.
Snake eyes by feint can definitely keep up with this

This sub genre of dnb is called "jump up"
Wtf you on about it’s jump up; brick wall limited drums and screechy bass that you can hear out of shit speakers. Literally poor mans neuro
Very jumpy and catchy
