The same thing happened to me with coffee! I used to drink it everyday since I was really young and I always had anxiety. I stopped drinking it because I switched over to plant based milk and I hated it in coffee. Then I realised the anxiety that I had ALL MY LIFE was from caffeine. Now I only drink decaf with oat or almond milk. It’s crazy that caffeine can do that to you!
