  • Road trip to #Tzfat! 😀 Rented a car, had an amazing drive and came to Tzfat for my very first Pesach in Israel. At the end, I also share my thoughts on the recent uptick in antisemitic attacks, reflecting on how these moments indicate a (much-anticipated) breaking point. It’s time for Redemption! 🙌

Okayyy, so I realized after the fact that Hadera IS a big city and not some enclosed burb like I thought it was...😅 In any case, it was exciting to be outside a city center and in a new environment!

I'll be in Herzliya for Chag, I hope that you have a fun time in Tzfat for Pesach!

Hadera is a big city, I live close by
but you went to the mol hahoff which is pretty new and a little far from the center of Hadera
but one of the most modern places is Harish (east of Hadera) which is a beautiful modern city that is not expensive

I also ADORE visiting supermarkets when I travel abroad! It's the most fun thing to do, and it's where I get my souvenirs. I used to go to the UK annually and I always bring an empty suitcase to fill up with treats and fun food items I can't get in the states.

I find your comments regarding the feeling of safety in Israel very interesting. When I visit Israel I feel more safe than I do anywhere else. It’s also a deferent feeling of safety.
I wish you the best on your beautiful journey. Chag sameach.

You should check out Haifa (Hai Po). A gorgeous small city with everything in it. It really has the best of all worlds. Plus, is it very very affordable.

      It's interesting mainly
      for those who live there.
(If you love beaches and keep Tzniut, you can't easily find a nice place for girls only)
But there is slways great Carmel mountain for hikes😊

Also, isn't it wonderful to finally have the freedom of a car again, even temporarily, after being limited to walking and public transport for so long?? 😻😻

Hello, I found your videos and am so happy. My family and I are making aliyah in a few months and I still have no idea where we want to live. On my trips to Israel I suffered some culture shock sue to no driving and no large supermarkets or wooden structures. Can you please tell me what the name of these stores are so I can find towns with some familiar shopping facilities? I am worried about my teens feeling to out of wack.

I’m thinking about making aliyah I’m Jewish ( on my mothers side) but non religious I grew up in Utah ( veeeeeeeeery non Jewish) I’m terrified I don’t know a soul in Israel . But I feel a pull towards Israel I was bullied horribly for being Jewish in utah. ( I was raised religious) it was hard I just want to feel like I belong. Will I fit in in Israel ?

(THIS IS REGARDING A PREVIOUS VIDEO BUT NO ONE WILL SEE THIS COMENT IF I PUT IT THERE) (The one about if converts are accepted in the Jewish community)
One reason you might find it difficult as a new convert is because Jews (I say this as a born Jew) have a general mistrust for people who are not from the community and take a while to get used too newcomers because of being kicked out from just about every place we have ever called home. we have a tendency to stick together and don't accept other people quickly it will probably take a long time until you really feel like you are part of the community, Chabad can help with this because they have a shull and some families just about everywhere and are very kind and will help you in any way they can.
