Gonna be hyped for Marauder / Man of Prey to be honest. I finished that game last summer, and it felt like a fever dream to me. As far as I understand it the english version is heavily censored?
Fallout Sonora is beautiful and accurate to the Sonoran Desert. I have lived here my entire life and I was blown away by how accurate the map was and how creative the story was. Definitely loved that Tucson was turned into Two Sun after the apocalypse. I would love to see a dedicated game to this area of the United States because it truly is different and has its oddities.

I remember everything was gray and covered in snow when I lived there... Yet it had this, I dunno, majestic vibe. Maybe that's just 9 year old me high on the glory of the late 90's. Salt Lake City is connected to the Attitude Era, Pogeyman cards, and Ultima Online in my mind.
@@Otterdisappointment I'm not a Mormon. Most in the people in SLC aren't. Mornons are still a majority in Provo and Ogden, but they have lost a lot of power in Utah due to people from California and the East coast coming out here for jobs and economic reasons (like me). I honestly give it maybe... 5 more years before they relocate their capitol to Idaho.
Most of what I remember is how much a nightmare it is to try and drive through, the comi con I went to in like 2015 with a wait line longer than it takes to drive from Idaho to Salt Lake City, and the bum fight I saw on the way to said comi con
I just don't understand how some Russian guy from a random town in Siberia manages to have such a in depth knowledge of American culture and captures the essence of "Americana."
You underestimate the global reach American culture has had since the 80s, also being an 'partial' outsider to it helps to have a better objective understanding of it
During the Soviet era , America was fantasized by some Soviet citizens. Many of which became popular game developers. One of which is fallout like game Planet Alcatraz.
Fallout: Nevada is great because it takes a lot of design ideas from modern Fallout like Vegas and 3: Easy start, designing quests with multiple builds in mind rather than character types, early weapons for all types, and cap skill checks that are visible. It's the most modern old Fallout.
Fallout: Nevada just nails the esthetic and tone of Fallout things like that Dr.Strange reference are on point its amazing that it was made by someone born on other side of the planet. I am fascinated by Fallout's cult following in Russia so much of Fallout's schtick is its very American 1950s 'world of tomorrow' esthetic it surprises me that it has any appeal to a Russian audience. Does reminding me that I need to play Atom RPG.
That's because we had a very similar vision of the future back then, and it was reflected especially well in kids' media (see Kir Bulychev's "Mystery of the Third Planet" cartoon, for example). So Soviet (and by extension Russian) children had their own Jetsons, and our counties also share the cold war nuclear dread - all the ingredients from Fallout's recipe of success.
like you alluded to; There's always a contingent of people who seek experiences unfamiliar to their own life, whether it be russians playing fallout or americans playing stalker.
@@ShinyUmbreon765 The Fallout like is turning into a nice little subgenre. I am finishing up Underrail and it is really good game (it does have pacing issues) and I have heard really good things about both Atom RPG and Encased and the buzz around Colony Ship has been very positive.
New Vegas, New Reno, Vault City and Salt Lake City all in one game? Awesome. Shame he conceptualized and made New Vegas before the Obsidian one came out, would've been neat to have the Lucky 38 referenced at least and be insta-killed by the robot guards if you approach it.
I love the notion of: "A prologue story with entirely new assets, characters and plot with different endings? Nah man, that's too tough, I would need to invest two entire weeks on it!? Like... are you crazy?! My time is valuable." That is such a mega flex right there.
“You must be from Canada!” I rolled my eyes then remembered Canadian insurgents were an issue at the time of the bombs falling (one of them getting executed is one of the first things you see in Fallout 1)
I am always surprised these talented modders don't make games set in their own country. Imagine taking a chunk of Russia and/or Ukraine, getting actual towns, and making a Fallout game set in that area. That said, as someone who lived in real Reno and had family who lived in some of these actual towns, the attention to detail and design is quite incredible. The only issue would be the Cheyanne which are common further east in Oklahoma and Kansas. The big tribal nations in this area are the Shoshone.
As a person who lived in Barnaul and Altayskiy Kray for 25 years, I can confirm - it is indeed can be called "THE asshole of Russia". It's bumfuck nowhere, it's the region with one of the lowest average salaries and one of the highest prices (especially food, pretty much can compare these prices to Moscow ones), and it also has some genuinely talented people, which is still fucking confusing to me after all these years.
I might have found a connection as to why the power armor in this game is called ‘Grizzly’. If you search up ‘Grizzly suit guy’ on YT, you’ll be directed to a video about a guy who made a bear proof suit that can withstand getting rammed by a truck and hit with a log. The suit itself is big, bulky and a few people in the comments of that video have pointed out it looks like power armor. I wouldn’t be surprised if that was were the dev got the name for suit as both of them have this homemade look to them and the game also has a few references to RE and pop culture.
6:00 Actually, slave collars made a brief but memorable appearance in Fallout 1! There are prisoners in the Cathedral, and upon releasing the lock to their cells, they promptly run out into the corridor, causing their slave collars to detonate, turning them all into a mushy paste :3
@@The_Painter0624 Nah, the master was a Psyker, but he didn't have the ability to create explosions out of biological matter, that wouldn't make any sense. When the slaves are freed, they literally explode in a massive ball of fire; if the Master had used his psychic abilities, there wouldn't have been an explosion, they would have just dropped dead, or maybe their heads would have popped.
I'm from New Mexico and I can tell you that these games are exact depictions of what it's like to live in the American southwest. We've been nuked thousands of times, everyone's addicted to drugs. Gun fights between Cowboys defending their property and gangs are commonplace. There's roving bands of mutants, giant insects, radiation, top secret Underground military installations, water is scarce. I could go on. You think I'm joking? I'm not.
Neat that they used an area I'm familiar with; "Gerlach" is also a real town of ~200. Its a nice attention to detail. Burning man has several Fallout-themed camps that build things from a vault to a raider hideout. It's interesting to imagine what the counter culture event would be like in a universe that never had a counter culture.
>his name is whesker . > but looks like Krauser. There was something about a meme, before re4 (2005)'s release where there was this Brazilian UA-camr or someone who misidentified jack krauser as albert whesker and was being adamant about it.
Holy shit, my face was glued to the screen for the first time in a long time on youtube Wish these type of videos would never stop coming, kinda wished it was a bit longer, since there's only 1 Nevada, but it's a better excuse to experience it for yourself for those who have the time and patience to do so
The main plot isn't bad or weak, it's just unfinished. It's like a movie on an old vhs that lost about 70 percent to a white noise. But the parts that are intact are real nice.
Свисток вполне юзабелен и после охоты на гекко. Его можно использовать и для привлечения внимания людей. Например, выманивать рейдеров-патрульных из локации с дикарями подальше от их здания, чтобы разделаться с ними поодиночке.
8:07 "This is the second and the last time the whistle is actually used in this game" It sounds like you're thinking that whistle is only contextually usable. Not the case, you can use it whenever you want, and most animals will be affected by it. Using the whistle in conjunction with traps is an excellent way of dealing with weaker enemies like rats, as it provides good exp -- more then you get from kills, and you can even get both, assuming you can get the trap to trigger while in combat mode (although it's tricky as it requires the enemy to end turn on the trapped tile, not just move through it). Speaking of new and mechanics that are also easy to miss -- you didn't mention the metal detector. You can get it during the quest to infiltrate the Hawthorne base, but it can be used anywhere. And not just to detect mines, but also find buried caches. Interestingly, the latter also requires an outdoorsman skill check. I thought it's worth mentioning as it's one of the ways Nevada is making unpopular skills more useful. By the way, outdoorsman is also useful for campfire crafting, one of the weird similarities the game has with New Vegas (is this this one coincidental as well?).
Of all the things I expected to see in this mod salt lake city wasn't one of em but I'm kinda glad to see it's inclusion. I feel like I have a special connection to that place since I used to visit family there when I was little, it's really interesting to see it in the classic engine. I remember being so let down by the mod salt lake stories for new vegas since in that mod salt lake city is a bombed out irradiated poison hellhole that you can't explore, which while more true to life than the city in this mod it's still disappointing. Also while watching this video I got reminded of another "prequel" mod, new california. I'd love to see you cover it since it has one of the most bizarre and outlandish plots I've ever seen not just in a fallout game, but in any mod for a fallout game.
Thank you Warlockracy I really needed a long video to sit down and watch this Sunday evening while high out of my mind. Your soothing voice, good writing and witty remarks will help me get my peace.
I suspect that the guy yelling раз два три and running head first into a wall might be a reference to the Ewan McGregor + George Clooney film “The Men Who Stare at Goats”. It’s about some silly psy soldiers who can apparently run through matter, which doesn’t end up well.
I mean, it could be (kinda) possible that Las Vegas could’ve been the way it was depicted here before the events of New Vegas. That ending slide saying that the factions of Vegas fought a civil war which lasted many years could be the “cannon” ending. Here’s my theory: Vegas survives the war because of Mr. House’ defenses, after House is taken offline and put in a coma, the survivors of Vegas band together to re-establish Vegas the way that it was for the new world. But after the events of Nevada, the civil war breaks out between the factions of the city. After years of brutal fighting, Vegas is now truly a ruin. What’s left of the people of Vegas lose all sense of community and fraction into small tribes. These tribes over the coming decades expand, prosper, contract, die, and fight one another. Until by the 2270s all that are left are the tribes that would eventually become the families of the Strip. I’m no New Vegas loremaster so I don’t know how well it fits into established cannon, but that’s what I believe so far.
Warlock I really appreciate how you relate both history and folklore into your videos. Thank you, I hope you, your friends and loved ones are doing okay.
Worth mentioning that this video mostly covers the main quest. What it can not possibly convey, is the amount of work that went into side-quests, and unmarked "quests". Without a guide, you will likely only find a fraction of the alternative solutions, or things to do and discover in general. I highly recommend a first "blind" playthrough, then look up an in-depth guide, to get an idea of all the things you probably missed.
8:09 - you can use the whistle and traps on patrolling raiders at Lovelock. I also tried using it on deathclaws in a vault and its funny because they get hit but then they destroy the trap in anger :)
at 32:50 you can see a wall sign that reads "Ogden Pioneer Days Rodeo" and its a real sign! except instead of being in Salt Lake City, it is north in the city of Ogden, or as we know it in Fallout: New Canaan. I was really excited to see it included, what a cool detail from the developers of the mod!
You've quickly become my favorite showcaser of Russian/Slavic/Baltic game creativity. Some of the most charming writing in your videos honestly. Always look forward to a new release.
Love this game. I’ve played through Fo: Nevada at least 3 times now to explore all the options and interactions the game can have, learning that the Russian version has even more hidden stuff and changes to the English version feels like I’ve just barely cracked the tip of the iceberg. Also the homemade power armour looks awesome, looks like a ranger trenchcoat fitted with cybernetics.
This videos are so bizarre and so artistically that it's amazing and unique. I love every single video he makes I can't believe he doesn't have at least 500k
The fallout games and by extension their mods seem to fixate a lot on immortality and characters that have lived a long time. Though the setting itself seems to almost neuter their potential, when they aren't just played as villains or curiosities their goal is usually to seize power and create a society of their own design. Since post apocalyptic society has regressed both socially and technologically their perspectives are those of people who still remember the pre war period. Which in fallout was very nearly approaching a technological singularity/runaway with actual artificial general intelligence and fully automated self sustaining labor. If House or Reaper did manage to rebuild and bring technological advance back to the pre war level they would probably face alienation from a world that has begun to advance socially and technologically at an exponential level. They may be smart, or very smart, but they are still just human beings, could they even hold onto power in a world with machine superintelligences and humans enhanced through genetic or biomechanical means? They might end up being tragic figures. After another couple hundred years they would be alone, in a world they cannot truly comprehend and among people and machines whos thought processes are completely alien to them. Maybe they would be satisfied knowing that the total annihilation of humanity was averted, and they are just sticking around to see how things turn out. To the people of the new world they might just be a pitiable relic. Things out of time, kept around maybe out of a sense of quiet gratitude or empathy. Ideas that, maybe not in the scope of fallout, but I do wish were explored by other games.
Agreed. You, what you speak of kinda reminds me of a quote from Fallout 3: _"Did you ever try to put a broken piece of glass back together? Even if the pieces fit, you can’t make it whole again the way it was. But if you’re clever, you can still use the pieces to make other useful things. Maybe even something wonderful, like a mosaic. Well, the world broke just like glass. And everyone’s trying to put it back together like it was, but it’ll never come together in the same way."_ *_-Moira Brown_* Something about that quote stuck out to me. I can't quite place my finger on why, though. Hell, might just be because of how different it feels to the rest of the writing in 3. Who knows.
i grew up in arizona, just south of phoenix, and spent a lot of time in nevada as a kid visiting my grandmother, so to see one of my favorite areas in one of my favorite games is an absolute treat and i can't wait for the english translation of sonora so that i can see my actual home in fallout 2's worldspace
I’ve had post COVID cough for just over two months now. I’ve had steroids that just almost work only to have it stubbornly remain, I’ve had coughing fits, I’ve had to stop going to my college classes in person downtown, and generally, it’s been miserable. But I just wanted to say that your videos have helped a lot. I can’t laugh a lot since that makes me cough, and your videos don’t get that reaction out of me. But your content isn’t super sad or dramatic either. And it’s oddly relaxing. Binging the back catalogue has gotten me through several miserable days and nights. You’re stuff’s informative while still being entertaining, and offers a unique vision into games I’ve usually never heard of, sometimes from a culture I don’t know a lot about. So thank you, man behind Warlockracy.
Hope you feel better soon man. I have some post COVID stuff as well, since July. Cardiac/breathing issues and CFS style symptoms. Going to college right now and its all I can do just to get to class, only going part time at this point. The worst part, what I'm sure you've experienced, is that no one can really tell you whats going to happen and when you'll get better because so little is known. Just know that you're not alone and for what it's worth I'm proud of you for keeping up the fight.
I am completely blown away that so much good fallout content comes from Eastern Europe. It reminds me of this indie RPG I found on steam: Atom RPG, which was made by what I assume are Russians and is heavily inspired by Fallout. From the gameplay to the narrative elements, it's an excellent game that feels like a true successor to the classic Fallouts.
There's a movie from 2005 called the island where rich people had clones for the purpose of farming off their organs. They might've gotten the idea from there.
25:18 I could be totally off base but from what you describe it sounds like a reference to Men Who Stare at Goats, where a parody of Major General Albert Stubblebine frequently (it may have even been a daily part of his schedule? been a while since I saw it) runs into a wall in the hopes of walking through it by some quantum mechanic fuckery
I hope in my life I can learn to code a fan made game using the old fallout system. The first 2 games changed my life and have made me see the awesomeness in old school games like this
I'm glad youtube decided to recommend me your content. First time I've watched an hour long video not having it in the background and that's higher praise than it seems Also it took me a while to realize that you actually know russian. You just filled a "games in russian reviewed in english"-shaped hole in my heart I never knew I had
Oh shiiit, are we getting a Warlockracy JA2 video? The opening sting of the menu must for that game with it's martial drums and strings is just so perfect for the atmosphere of that game, a prelude of the thunder in Arulco. You better have the I-Team of Ivan, Igor and Grunty! Repeatedly playing the demo of JA2 from a games mag demo disk here in Australia and the mystery of Ivan with his mix of broken English and Russian is probably the primary thing that got me interested in Russia in general, and has had an absurdly large influence in my life, as I later lived and worked in Russia for a time.
The talking head for the Reaper looks more "Judge Dredd" than "a dude in a cloak". Great video as always, very much looking forward whenever Mechwarrior 2 drops.
Great video, glad to see a narrative review of the game. I love this mod despite its weaker main story, I didn’t read the design documents but it did seem like a few things were cleared up with you. I think the big issue with Nevada is that it’s main story just sorta falls into the background of an otherwise very open world sandbox RPG. I did all of the quests in Reno, was like 20 hours and then I was like “oh yeah, Jay….” But I spent my time with the metal detector and got cool hidden gear like a golden poker chip that gave like +60% gambling skill. I did all the Nuka plant quests, found a lot of special encounters, made uranium City get owned by Mr. Wright’s ancestor from Fallout 2, got the truck, and also went unarmed and got the power fist from the guy you beat in BlackRock. After you beat him you can buy a power fist for 3k, like in the first 2 hours you can have it and I kept it until the bikers upgraded it to a mark 2!!!! Your version looks cool tho with the dedicated amulet slot lol. Overall loved this mod and your video.
"This is it, I've finally snaped" has got to be the funniest line in all of your videos. You nail the tone and cadence to well, its just so fucking funny.
The algorithm recommended me this guys channel and I’ve been binging his fallout mod play through all day since I don’t work until late tonight. Always great when the algorithm actually works!
Hey Warlockracy, love any content about Nevada, saw that ramblelime video, missed that Keyboard Gecko one, so thanks for bringing it up. As you said, the main quest is very weak, but the game has some very interesting details that make it for me. The first is that small quest in New Reno about a lover turned ghoul. The second is Area 51, which is PERFECT without an explanation (the inside of the bunker), because - for me at least - it's the perfect post-apocalypse kinda "urbex" dungeon. Yes, it's there. Yes, you can creep through it. Yes, you can find interesting technology there. Want some background on it? Only environmental storytelling. This takes me to my first visit of Vault 15 in F1 or the bunker in Toxic Caves in F2. Forces imagination to put the pieces in place. The third is that special encounter with the ring of flowers. The fourth is returning to Gerlach after endgame and after sending the villagers to Vault City. And the final and best one are the "Silence" encounters around Salt Lake City. These struck me hard as fuck, as I was unsure what am I supposed to expect there, and that is where the environmental storytelling hits best, 10/10 material. PS. Almost forgot about that Ely Gorebinski guy in Vault City.
A channel with a distinctive and unique blend of game history, IRL history, and playthrough moments. Easily my favorite! Hopefully you don't get drafted... perhaps you can claim you're spiritually a boomer, on account of your game taste.
Everytime I see a new Warlockracy video I just smash the play button, hit like, sit back and relax, because I goddamn know that it's gonna be time very well spend.
As someone who lived in Reno Nevada for almost 20 years, seeing the Silver Legacy casino in a videogame is pretty astonishing! Let alone the fact that Vanilla FO2 also has the archway Reno is known for.
Oh, Nevada! This will be a treat! So I played a combat- focused gun build. And since I'm good at combat, I've killed the raiders (didn't know you weren't supposed to...), destroyed the turrets and bots at Hawthorne and looted stuff. I have murdered my way through wanamingos, worms, basically blasted everything in my way right up to the train point where I got stuck, because I didn't know how to operate it. Funny enough, I did manage to connect some of the plot, but I didn't have the biker's device (never met him!), the overseer was never kidnapped, etc. In general it's an awesome game, but imo 1.5 was a lot more polished and consistent as an experience. Unfortunately my Russian is too bad for Sonora, but hey- if I go full Khorne worshipper again, perhaps it won't matter :D
@@The-jy3yq I wasted just as much methodically sneak-killing them with a hunting rifle. Though methodic elimination is fun, so I suppose nothing was wasted, lol.
Thank you for the video. Helped me a lot to remember what happened in this game. Funny enough, I couldn't remember a large portion of the main plot, but some features just stuck in my head. Exploration of secret military bases and stations, using a metal detector to find cool items, looking for car and power armor components. I can even remember consumables from that game, like sandwiches and booze and expired painkillers, which permanently lower your health, but heal you like a stimpack. There is also a really great side quest in Shayenne. You need to do a surgery on a young boy. In order to do that, first the shaman checks your competence based not on your medical skill, but on your answers to his questions. Like, he shows you a point scar on his belly and you tell him that it's from a bullet and in which organ you think the bullet landed and why is he not dead. After that you need to collect various items for the surgery (anesthesia and surgical instruments, I believe). And if you didn't find all of them, you could perform the operation, while improvising, for example using alcohol as a painkiller. At the end you're rewarded with amount of XP, depending on the success of the operation and a satisfying notice that the boy is gonna be ok or even better. I really liked that game and I appreciate that you make content like this. Thanks again.
There were also little things. Like a random encounter, when you're are driving through the desert and see a hitchhiker without pants, who asks you to drop him in Vegas. Pretty funny dialogue, a bit low-minded though. Also you could become a pizza delivery guy in Vegas, which doesn't sound like much, but actually decently interesting, when you think, how you should talk to the clients. I believe you could even help a lady on the Strip to fix her food cart for a couple of sandwiches. Those little things made the experience very pleasant. Not every game now could do that.
Thanks Warlockracy, I gave you a golden unicorn on steam, but couldn't comment on your page. You are one of my favorite UA-camrs and hope you are doing well. Thank you for the content!
04:05 Harold the Slightly Younger Mutant in this mod makes more sense than Harold the Tree in that Fal...that postapoc game by Bethesda. Yeah, he probably shouldn't be this far up north, but it's plausible.
On my second watch of this now, not a cat in hells chance I’ll ever get round to playing any of these (as a non-Russian speaker) so having you showcase these mods for us is a blessing! Hope you’re doing well dude 👊🏻
@@theberserker6000 don’t get me wrong bro, I would happily play the English translations of these mods (and have done in the past to varying success) but I would 100% rather consume the WHOLE mod in its native language with all content/dialog context that the devs wanted to portray from a video like this, instead of trying to use google translate to struggle my way thru a story! I’d love to be bi-lingual tho, would make life a LOT more convenient haha!
@@andyparkinson1996 np but the translation is more than fine, the extra reference and annotations from dev docs are the icing on the cake. BUT playing it and experience it is a whole other experience, I personally had a very different playthrough than Warlok and it was refreshing to see his point of view. To me nothing beats playing it no matter the language, Nevada is already available and the game itself plays better than the OGs both in terms of quest design (borrowing from F3 and FNV) and pacing since everything is optional and the main quest isnt really the focus. Truly a unique mod among the CRPG genre, not the best but something else.
I'm grateful I came across your content, think I've had each of your videos on multiple times at this point. Your style is unique and endearing, without being the word salad of most creaters. I also really appreciate the wider geo-political context you put some videos in. I think years from now your videos will have aged like fine wine due to the boldness with which you confront the contemporary issues we're all seeing today. So thanks again.
Whenever someone mentions Deus Ex, somebody will reinstall it. Whenever Nicky gives us a banger Fallout video, I'd like to think we all get the urge to play through the original duology for the 20th time, now using the "crazy crackhead martial artist" or "single key gambler" build.
oh yes it's my favorite youtuber. finally. edit: hey Warlock, I have a small request. Is it possible for you to subtitle your videos? I mean decent, genuine inscriptions, something like MandaloreGaming. I realize this takes work, so maybe just a simple transcription? There aren't any of them in this video, I don't know what it depends on. It's not about your accent, nothing like that, I mean, as a Pole who learns English it would help me a lot, I think there are more people like me, maybe even deaf people who were helped by the subtitles to enjoy your content more. Regards and waiting for more materials!
I love how the video basically starts with the Vegas sign, a guy getting hung, a guy running into a wall, and blowing something up. There’s just something so beautiful abt fallout
I have to say these kind of older games and mods reviews feel like they're so rare and often rely on an edgier humour I don't vibe with and I can say your videos are comfy and enjoyable and Insightful always
To anyone who read this, if you ever find yourself at a Hard Rock Cafe, avoid the Blackberry Sparkling Sangria at all costs. Also the flying saucer looks like a VZ-9 Avrocar.
Sadly a lot of good creators (not only computer/game related, also musicians, artists and painters) are getting drafted, so it's impossible for everyone to dodge the meat grinder. Good luck to the guy.
I think the reason why people say the story is the weakest part of Nevada, it's probably because a lot of them played the English translation. Which, in numerous parts, it was very obvious that the team in charge of it were not fluent or native English speakers.
No. Storyline Nevada was redone at the last moment. 2 possible stories were connected. Chasing a biker and searching for a defensive computer. The biker story was more intense, but it was not linked to a government conspiracy. The computer search practically did not concern cities (only military bases), while revealing details of the last days of the world before the nuclear war. The network has beta versions 99b and 99c (98a not storyline) where theoretical plots of bikers and a computer.
Thanks again for another great vid- love the content- enjoy learning about various 'obscure' mods; getting to hear your perspective; and respect the quality of the execution.

I just don't understand how some Russian guy from a random town in Siberia manages to have such a in depth knowledge of American culture and captures the essence of "Americana."
the internet
Probably raised in 90s when the influence of the US was high so this + the internet
You underestimate the global reach American culture has had since the 80s, also being an 'partial' outsider to it helps to have a better objective understanding of it
Probably understands it better than most american's under the age of 30...
Cap skill checks aren't visible until you take a perk, it's better in that way if you don't want to break inmersion with those things
Atom is very good but the sequel is even better
@@ShinyUmbreon765 The Fallout like is turning into a nice little subgenre. I am finishing up Underrail and it is really good game (it does have pacing issues) and I have heard really good things about both Atom RPG and Encased and the buzz around Colony Ship has been very positive.

Imagine taking a chunk of Russia and/or Ukraine, getting actual towns, and making a Fallout game set in that area. That said, as someone who lived in real Reno and had family who lived in some of these actual towns, the attention to detail and design is quite incredible.

8:07 "This is the second and the last time the whistle is actually used in this game"
It sounds like you're thinking that whistle is only contextually usable.
Mmmmm, nice... And it comes in a cartoon language. I like it.

Instead of the film "Get Out"(2017) the film "The Island"(2005) comes to mind especially with how the function of their vaults are so similar.
I came looking to see if someone mentioned this
My thoughts exactly
Agreed. You, what you speak of kinda reminds me of a quote from Fallout 3:
_"Did you ever try to put a broken piece of glass back together? Even if the pieces fit, you can’t make it whole again the way it was. But if you’re clever, you can still use the pieces to make other useful things. Maybe even something wonderful, like a mosaic. Well, the world broke just like glass. And everyone’s trying to put it back together like it was, but it’ll never come together in the same way."_ *_-Moira Brown_*
Something about that quote stuck out to me. I can't quite place my finger on why, though. Hell, might just be because of how different it feels to the rest of the writing in 3. Who knows.

The fucking diving suit meme warfare was the hardest I've laughed in a long time, and the ending too.

That diving suit tangent was absolutely wild. I thought I had remembered hearing about it, but that whole story was truly goofy.
I love your videos Warlockracy, keep doing what you're doing!
I love how the video basically starts with the Vegas sign, a guy getting hung, a guy running into a wall, and blowing something up. There’s just something so beautiful abt fallout
My second favorite slavic youtuber posted another classic fallout mod vid. THANK YOU MR. WARLOCKRACY
I have to say these kind of older games and mods reviews feel like they're so rare and often rely on an edgier humour I don't vibe with and I can say your videos are comfy and enjoyable and Insightful always
So nice to see one more Christopher Walken narrated Fallout video! Love your content and voice, comrade, keep up the good work and stay safe 👏
I love your narrations. It feels like I’m listening to Fallout Apocrypha from the same work of Shoddycast’s Storyteller series.
starting to feel like one hour of Warlockracy still just isn't enough
I find it funny that the character is called general Wesker, but his talking head is based on (or probably it actually is) Krauser
To anyone who read this, if you ever find yourself at a Hard Rock Cafe, avoid the Blackberry Sparkling Sangria at all costs.
Also the flying saucer looks like a VZ-9 Avrocar.
1 hour warlockracy video on a sunny sunday, nothing better than this
Man I hope the creator of these is able to dodge the draft :/ prayers going out to him.
Sadly a lot of good creators (not only computer/game related, also musicians, artists and painters) are getting drafted, so it's impossible for everyone to dodge the meat grinder. Good luck to the guy.
Especially seeing as he’s located in the area they are conscripting heavily from..
@@nemezisprime2114 Печально что у Вас возникают такие чувства к человеку, про которого Вы ничего не знаете. Рад что Александр здоров.
I'm also quite happy he has spoken against the war. A decent person.
Ahh nothing more reminiscent of gaudy Americana than Vegas......which is why we start off the video with our Warlockracy Slavic history lesson.
