This plug-in is very good and giving some good add-on options but it's lacking very basic options that other plugins are giving for free is that after choosing any option from addon which has increased cost it doesn't change the price on product page automatically and I think it's kind of in ethical to customers ordering from website please add some feature which is able to do so much love and respect for free plugin.

But if you mean a previewer where the customer will see how the uploaded custom image looks on the selected t-shirt background, then no, it doesn't.

Yes, it's supported in the free version, along with checkbox and swatches.
