@@nfnshaka8336 I’ve just had my 2nd stay.. 20th floor & 30th floor and had no issues what so ever with water pressure.. The Copacabana is absolutely top draw
Copacabana is a top notch development- I live in the “old” one and it’s world class. Seriously world class. If the new project is even on-par with the original- it’s going to be INSANE (hopefully they have more elevators though 😅)
We didn't need frenchy and I was hoppin he would go back to his cooking class. Well the big one with the pool was a disappointment 👎. It's going to be hard to improve on the original Copacabana especially the location. A larger living room was needed in all but one unit because that's where the living is done. Thanks for showing us this even if Frenchy was in the way. Good work my friend 👍👏👏👏
Looks great but the apartments are too small. Why do they do this? You can't move or clean between the bed or even exercise in the lounge or have a working desk? The rooms are too claustrophobic and have no space. These would be hard to sell if you want to invest. I would never live there. I like space. These property developers are scamming and conning foreigners. I am really appalled. No considerations for space and comfort. They must be so hot inside. The prices are outrageous for a dog house room! Sorry that I am so negative. But you need over 50 sq mt rto make a home.
I appreciate that you can have a different opinion, but I respectfully disagree. They are not "scamming" anyone. They keep building them like this because people are buying or renting. I would do fine in the 32sq m.
Great tour as usual you two. What a development ! I assume there's ample parking but what % of these condo's have designated parking spots that come with the unit itself ?
Totally agree! Wasting money & space for a small private pool! For what! If you need a private pool, why not buy a pool villa! Probably cheaper and better
Very nice, Coops! I still prefer Copa 1 for its front-line location. That being said, reviews state you can wait 20 minutes for the lift/elevator when occupancy is high, maybe the builders will consider this for this project.
Wow! the one with the private pool was certainly interesting. It's pricey but it's hard to compare to anything in my country. I agree with the rest of the comments in that the units are either small, or just don't use clever ways to optimize space, but i think if you're buying them, you can probably make them nicer with some interesting ideas. There are some videos in the channel Never Too Small with apts in Bangkok and i feel like some of those concepts would work well in these units
For some reason or another most of the videos that show condo prices seem to leave out the cost of HOA fees, etc. Is that intentional or are there none? tia
Averaging $400us per square foot. Luxury does cost. I wonder if we can buy a shell. The metal trim in Copa 1 is failing to salt and regular maintenance. The ceramic faux marbles are too much. Getting close to Dubai prices.
hello i junst wonder what happened with the agent who took all the money and run away a few month ago did they catch her ? any follow up on the story ?
It looks like a nice building, however if everything stays on schedule it will not be available for occupancy until the second quarter of 2029! The world may be a very different place in 2029. The Jomtien area is great...but waiting 5 years to live somewhere isn't.
I have seen individuals who have stayed at the Copacabana and left comments complaining about the water pressure in the shower isn't that great

Your right Jack 👍

Who is Frenchy ??
Great tour, Gentlemen! Very impressive project and pricing is lower than I expected. Well done! - Mark O
Thank you Mark 🙏
Mr Shon has obviously been working out 💪 He looks fantastic! Super plus plus plus 😊
We all looked great at his age. 😂
Jungle resort2 ...... with 2000 units..by the 2 end road......worthles
Thanks for watching 👍
Coop, we call them outlets, not sockets
Outlets 👍🏻💯
In my US hay days,we also called them wall sockets
outlets, sockets, and plugins.

Look amazing. Would want to rent when it becomes available
This a very impressive project, but the fact that it is not beachfront is a negative.
Yes that would be a super plus 👍
The Russian does not know the difference between a refrigerator and a TV 😂😂😂
Israeli but it was very funny 😂

Them sofa’s look really uncomfortable
Pool is a waste of space and cost …. Rather have “living” space and use the condo pools.
I don’t think they allow skinny dipping in the main pool Son 😂😂😂

Hi Cooper, can you tell us about the soundproofing of these newer condos or what the walls are made of in case I cough to loud😅

Nice amenities, prices are house cost. Rather have a house!
Me too Omar 👍
We call them electrical outlets.

Every time I google Copacabana and Riviera Monaco it states that they are not dog allowed condos?????
They are pet friendly up to 10 kilos 👍
What year will this project be completed ?
In America they're called Outlets, or Wall Outlets. A plug is the part that sits at the end of the cord 🙄
I’m picking up lots of slang words from all the wonderful expats from all over the world that have joined us here 😂😂
In my hay days in the US,we also called them wall sockets
@dennisb1978 still called wall sockets today🥂
How Do I Contact, Mr. Sean For Information on the Condos …
His details are in the video or you can email me and I would be happy to forward it to him for you.
Coopersthaiadventure@gmail.com
Dusit 11 is 36M2, this 1 bede is just 32M2, as others have said i feel they are getting this wrong
I think the location is a negative
Hi Are they doing a wheelchair room please
Coop Coop Coop!!! Wow what a great place! I'm pretty sure this one pushes Ole Steve over the edge.
I hope they leave room for green space and jungle so Thailand doesn't lose it's charm.

We like to see what is up and coming Fred 👍
