@@Meet_singh_22 Hello my friend, I'll be glad to share with you some tips and encourage my community to do it as well. I like to stretch with yoga and then do some cardio exercise such as walking, jogging, eliptical machine, riding a bicycle, are all great and safe exercices that will not destoy the muscle fibers we have and make them stronger as they are very low impact exercises. Stay away from heavy weights and very intense routines than could do more harm than good to your muscle fibers. Keep a good nutrition with a good protein consumtion so your muscles stay healthier. Any extras such as protein shakes, vitamins, and good rest will do great for your health. I sincerely hope you live your best life, good luck and lets keep on going.

@@Meet_singh_22 I stopped going to physiotherapist as well but doing any yoga exercises that involve your core are great for for the lower core weakness lordosis gives us. I personally do some 30 sec planks while doing yoga and it works well.

Nice that's a little bit exciting! I'm a 35 year old plumber with fshd a cure would be the dream but ill would take a stop or slow of progression so I can stay in the trade longer. I'm not exactly a rocket scientist so hard labour is the only way I can provide for my kids lol

Incredible boring presentation meant for boring board meetings. Us with FSHD know quite well what the disease is and what it does. We don't want boring med/investor slide shows. We want quick facts. What is it (drug)? What do you want it to do? What are the early results of the trial? What are the known side affects? In other words, hire a social media person to help you scale this med boredom 😴 into some nuggets us non-med professionals can digest. Don't misunderstand my comment. We appreciate the work very much. But it took 14 min just to discuss results. This format is probably great for researchers but completely sucks for those of us with the actual disease.
