TY for posting these video's 3/4 "Beginner" Video's I've seen for PoE are for like End Game beginners, or something along those lines. There was on video I was watching, about resistances for beginners and the poster was saying, well as everyone knows, this Unique provides X% Global Resistance? Everyone knows that? One question though, Ok you have 4 Rares, none for your class, 4 four space, a 6 space and an 8 space. Is there any advantage in picking up the 8 space rare over the two 4 space rares. Does the size of the item in the inventory affect its value at the vendor at all?
Thank you for your feedback! The question, whether there is any advantage over picking up the huge items, is a good one! So good, that I will definitly make a video about it! To answer your question though: No, there is no advantage to picking up the "big slot" items (except if they have 6 sockets or are 6-linked).. Otherwise go for belts, rings and amulets if you want to farm orb of transmutation or orbs of alteration! :)
"Always pic up all Magic Items, and all Rare Items" Except you can't because your on character bag space in this game is pathetic. The only work around I have found so far is to repeatedly portal back to stuff things in my chest, which of course really breaks the immersion; and then back at the town, it might take 3 or 4 trips to the vendor per pane you now have to clear. Good game, I love the content but this is a serious design flaw, that oddly seems quite on purpose.
