I just took this train from Berlin Central to Warsaw. Great experience. Good and comfortable trains, very friendly staff and, unlike the DB, very punctual.

Hi! How long is the train ride from Warsaw to Berlin? We are going to Berlin in March 2024 and want to know if we can do a day trip to Poland

Hi the ride takes 5 hours to Warzawa so a bit too long for a day trip. But to the boarder town it's only 45 mins. To Poznan about 2 hours 30 min.

Only 19 € for this leg as it was a combined ticket with the second leg to Munich

No there was no general border check at all. Police went through and maybe did some single checks but that's all.

Hi it was 19.50 € in 1st class. But i hab a combi ticket to Munich. 39 € for the whole journey booked on the DB website.
