❤❤❤ your mom so happy and your sister and her husband and the children so active and strong and very happy and thanks you will her in christmas and new year so that you experience the happiest christmas in the philippines.
Yes, with home-made marinade, you will be able to adjust the ingredient measurements according to your personal flavor preference and health considerations, and probably at lower cost.
Happy Sunday beautiful family! It’s so funny as I watch you eating inasal I was craving to eat chicken inasal which originally I already marinated it with salt and pepper to make it as a fried chicken but I change my mind I marinate it with chicken inasal instead for our dinner tonight.
Loved to see the family enjoying the chicken inasal ala momma Olga…friendly advice, we Filipinos enjoy eating the bbq chicken with our hands😁its tastier
Mama (LGA was a great cook she can do it with the natural ingredients, like Tangled,Kalamansi,Soy sauce,Achuete seeds or Annato seeds, salt ,black pepper, garlic, spring onions, onion, magic sarap and knorr chicken tablespoon of banana catch-up, cubes, some sugar, vinegar to taste, brained it or simmer it covering the entire meat with the all the sauce made ,overnight it in the fridge, then you can cook it in your oven in medium for 15 to 20 minutes until you see it cooked
Good evening, i enjoy watching your vlogs especially when your mother is cooking Filipino dishes. try to watch the video for the complete ingredients to get the real taste of it. Just search " how to cook chicken inasal" then choose " ETO ANG SIKRETO KO SA NAPAKASARAP NA CHIKEN INASAL" you can easily follow the procedure 'coz it's written in english. The taste is almost like the original Mang Inasal.
Andrey , when a recipe calls for marination, it means to leave meat in the marinade for some time, ideally overnight , if not, for a couple of hours before cooking....this process allows the meat to become more juicy and to absorb more flavor .. massaging the meat just moments before cooking is a waste ! ....your meat will not be juicy and flavorful ....and ideally adding some oil in the marinade will help keep meat from drying
When you have a chance you can go visit a lot of farms there in Davao. You will find many huge farms with fruits and vegetables like pineapple, bananas, and many more fruits 😊
andreiiii, YOU HAVE TO BRING EVERYONE TO TAGUM CITY and watch the BIGGEST AND TALLEST CHRISTMAS TREE in the PHILIPPINES. It's an hour away from SAMAL. Bring them all!!!
The most awaited month of December has just begun, and you had your house uniquely and nicely decorated with Xmas decors. Looking forward to your furure Christmas party, if ever you had already planned one! Enjoy the day.....🎄🌲⛄🦌🎅
Potato grows in La Trinidad Binguet ,going to Baguio also carrots local farmers trade it to market around Philippines, cabbage to and more like flowers also they grow there, strawberries and more!Onion n Garlic come from north (Nueva Ecija) also rice every where in the Philippines..
the chicken inasal looks delicious, and yes its much better to use natural ingredients, there are annatto seeds in the market or find an annatto tree and peel out the seeds for coloration, for inasal, and any dish mama olga cooks we know its delicious
Hi Andre. If you have time pls visit balutakay to kapatagan too much vegetation.all vegetables coming from there..I know your family can enjoy there...
Baste(or basting) with Annato seeds and oil means you "rub" or "paste" the annato extract and oil with a brush. Keep repeating to baste the BBQ until cook. Just like mama Olga rub the soy sauce and oil mixture in the chicken but should keep basting/rubbing (the annato and oil) using a brush from time to time.
Wow😍😍😍the Christmas decor in your Bahay Kubo and mama Olga is a very caring grandma to your nephews. Kudos to your family Enjoy every moment that you're family had in Samal Philippines. Best of everything to all of you guys ug Happy Holiday, Malipayon Pasko in advance
Try going to Azuela Cove next time you go to Davao. They have ongoing Big Bad Wolf bazaar and Christmas night market. Great place to spend your evening this holiday season.
Andrei its better to make marinated sauce from scratch it will taste much better ,and to avoid burnt chicken you just have to brush the sauce to the grilled chicken so it will not look and taste dry .. haha hirap mag english 😅
Pls minimize using prepared/packed mixed marinade. you can make your own marinade. UA-cam is the key. I dont say packed marinade are NOT good it is just it has alot of preservatives and too salty. Just my observation: Homemade Mang inasal Marinade: 1kg chicken legs or Wings 1/4 cup soy sauce 1 clove chopped garlic minced lemon grass 10pcs Kalamansi or lemon 1/4 cup sugar Grated ginger ( Mang Inasal Secret) 1/4 cup soda sprite Prep for Basting Marinade, oil , anato oil Baste the chicken while cooking to maintain the juiciness. Enjoy
Hello Filipinez vlog 💕 please don’t miss to visit Mang Inasal when you all are in Davao. It’s good to eat and taste and compare from fried of Jollibee, McDonald’s and to this barbecue 🍗 God bless you all🙏

You need to brush marinate sauce to the chicken while in grill
It's best to marinate it about 2 hours for superliscious yummy flavor
It should be marinated overnight
