did you apply the patch to a USA rom of goof troop with a patching program? If you did and it just loads a black screen I can only think that the rom you patched is headered when it should be a no-headered rom. Download the patch from romhacking . net and try to download a few different usa goof troop roms and apply the patch with lunar ips. What emulator are u using? and are you on pc?
