TimberKing 2020 Sawmill First Cuts Part 2 (Cedar)

2nd log on the TimberKing 2020 sawmill. Garbear playing around and getting a feel for everything. This time it's a cedar log from a job we did in Columbia, SC earlier this summer.

How long will a piece of this lumber have to be in the kelm to dry properly,

Both the walnut and the cedar are gorgeous. How did you get those big logs mounted on the saw, with a fork lift?

We have a mini loader and a skid steer that we use for handling the logs and getting them loaded onto the machine.

Sliding the right blade guide in closer helps with getting even cuts and quite a bit less water on the blade
