It sucks that those are the EXACT same symptomns of a panic attack. It's embarassing going to the ER and just realise you're not dying, it's just your brain playing a trick on you...
this is literally happening to me right now lmfao I was fully convinced i was dying but it’s been over an hour and apparently they kick in in less than an hour so
@@jay6817 it’s really awful. Hopefully you can overcome that. Exercise that causes you to sweat can really help. My psychologist told me that when we sweat our body releases cortisol, therefore we get less stress and the chances that we have another panic attack decreases. Also having a solid routine and knowing exactly what’s going to happen in your day is nice. Our brains need stability. Also trying to get good sleep. It might be hard tho if you have nocturnal panic attacks. In that case, medication could help, however the other tips are always a better option since the meds are really strong and have really uncomfortable side effects, even with high risk of chemical dependency.
This is VERY helpful. I've been having shortness of breath and feeling like someone's sitting on my chest, making me dizzy and nauseous. I'm going to shortly be calling an ambulance because it's very painful. Thank you for informing me.
@@geletmote Turns out I was going to have a heart attack. I went to the ER immediately and they're telling me it might be because of diabetes (btw I don't eat lots of junk food, I just have it because it's genetic), and this video ended up saving my life.
I was very lightheaded for about 5 seconds followed by tightness , no pain, of the chest and some discomfort between the shoulder blades. Took myself to ER and they said everything A okay. I am 62 guy and pretty active but these were my late father’s exact expressed symptoms to me when he had a heart attack and needed a stent. So I wasn’t taking any chances especially with a moderately high CAC score.
The only thing I have is slight discomfort in the middle of my chest. Slightly painful when I take a deep breath. Dizzy once. That's it. I hate to bother my Dr and find out it's nothing like the last time I was in to see him...
My chest hurts all the time and sometimes you know I do want to go to the hospital emergency room my jaw starts hurting my lower back starts hurting but maybe it's in congestion you know going to the hospital using ambulance resources that maybe somebody else would need I'm going to the hospital and it's indigestion so I want to try to find out the real signs of knowing that I'm having a heart attack

@@petitluna2571lots of info, thanks man
Don’t feel that way. It’s better to be safe than sorry. Being embarrassed doesn’t matter when you’re done in this world.
