Thank you very much for this video and statistics you provided, it really help me to cope, I am an international student who came to US for summer session as an asylum. Applying to 15 colledges, I was not even thinking that I will be rejected everywhere and since I am living in Berkeley, I wanted to go in UCB. It crushed me at first, everyone, including professors from UCB was saying that I will get in and it turned out differently. It is so disapointing some students do not even know how they get in (somebody else did application for them) or so unhappy in their choice. My application was perfect and have done more activities than my friends who actually have got into UCB or any other UCs and it really looks like luck, I even have a feeling they do it randomly.
Sophia!! YOU & other amazing students like you are exactly why I made this video!!! I hope you know to your core that it's you- your drive, your knowledge, your character, your skills & your experiences that will make you successful not a school. It means everything to hear that this helped you cope. I wish you every happiness & success in life💜
Hey jordana, really nice video! I was wondering if I could help you edit your videos and also make a highly engaging Thumbnail which will help your video to reach to a wider audience.
How are you feeling right now? Is it too soon to say college schmollege, let's talk about how you can get your dream JOB right out of college? Plan to get a head start: ua-cam.com/video/QDkwBBMS_h8/v-deo.html 🐢🐇
True! That's a major reason people want to go. I talk about some ways to get around that or find comparable success here: ua-cam.com/video/QDkwBBMS_h8/v-deo.html
I got into several “highly rejective” colleges, for graduate school: Stanford, Brown, and Johns Hopkins. I earned my M.A. at Stanford, M.S. Information & Telecommunications Systems at Johns Hopkins. I completed a summer program in fiction writing at Yale. I like elite universities. I don’t much care who doesn’t like them or why.
This video is so important. I cant believe it isnt more viral!
Thanks❤️
