    Basbusa
    Ingredients
    1- Egg = 2
    2- Sugar = 1/3+1/3 Cup
    3- Thick Yoghurt = 1 Cup
    4- Oil = 1/2 Cup
    5- Butter = 4 tbsp
    6- Vanilla powder = 1 tsp
    7- Semolina = 2 Cup
    8- Crushed coconut = ½ Cup
    9- Baking Powder = 1 tsp
    10- Salt = pinch
    Instruction
    Crack eggs into a bowl
    Add oil, melted butter and yoghurt
    Mix well with a hand whisker
    Then add sugar, ,salt, vanilla powder, baking powder crushed coconut and semolina
    Mix well
    Cover the mixture for 10-15 minutes
    Grease a dish with butter or oil
    Pour the cake mixture into the dish
    Tap the dish
    Cut the mixture into square shapes using a knife
    Place the almonds, pistachios, or any other topping on each square
    Pour 2 tbsp melted butter
    Bake for 30 to 35 minutes on 180C
    Pout the syrup immediately after it comes out of the oven
    Rest for 15 minutes
    Ingredients(Syrup)
    1- Sugar = 1+½ Cup
    2- Water = 1 Cup
    3- Lemon = 1 Slice
    Instructions
    Add sugar and water to a pan
    Bring it to a boil 3-4 times
    Add lemon slices to the mixture
    Cook for 1 to 2 minutes.
