Jubilation Animation Review | Miraculous Ladybug Season 5

Does Assemblage did a great job and finally having a good quality of their animation in this episode which is Jubliation? Well, I have thoughts about it. So enjoy watching this video.

In my opinion, it’s not bad. Assemblage worked good here honestly. Determination’s assemblage is purely trash and reminds me of season 4

I believe those doll babies in the dream represented that it wasn't their true hearts desire, it wasn't real, why would they have the same exact dream they would have had their own desire dream, not like it was if it hadn't been altered

Fully agreed with the concerns brought up in the video. Thought I was the only who had those concerns, hence why I raised them previously. Ladybug having the darker skin tone is particularly bad not just for the inconsistency but also because they tend to render her suit in a lighter orange colour than it normally is, which causes her face to almost blend in with her mask and suit. Her hair is not as dark as it was before to highlight the contrast either. Her hair also tends to look quite flat during these moments.
The animation being stiff and somewhat choppy can also be a tad distracting at times when the movement doesn’t feel natural like when she leaves to go stop that flying Dino.
The lighting of the morning and evening scenery is very good though in particular. This and their nighttime scenes is where Assemblage truly shines. Very high definition in their hair with strong highlights that bring out the minute details, the vibrancy of the colours, etc.

Destruction was animated by Assemblage, Illusion was animated by Artage and both were rendered by In Effecto. I suspect Reunion was Assemblage alone.
