Man I love your videos I got into dragon bloods after watching hours of your videos I’m new to the UA-cam videos but definitely hope to have a tank like yours one day I continually upload videos one day I’ll have lots of fish like u ✌🏾
I have never been to a store that didntt say "dont put your tigerbarbs or clown loaches in the cichlid tank" ... i have never lost or had 1 stress out or hide. Im talking 5 inch big boy cichlids ,And as most know add even more schoolers and theyll only be happier... clowns for sure Stevesteve72's Tank's
That much overcrowding is too much for me personally. I feed twice a day on my tanks and the nitrates build up fast. If I feed less they start looking skinny, going to have to play different foods and see if other brands keep them looking full. I currently feed Northfin. Anyways great video, glad it's working out for you and giving you some nicely colored up fish
With feeding Northfin I personally can't overstock like that. If I don't feed twice a day everyday my fish start looking skinny. I need to play around with different brands and see if some work better so I'm not constantly dumping food in and polluting the water. Anyways great video, and good color on those fish
I definitely agree about the people setting limitations and most of it being absolute crap. However, it’s not necessarily that you can’t do it but a should you? Cichlids SHOULD have lot of swimming room without having to bump into 20 other fish. If your tank is too overly crowded as I seen once gentlemen saying 30 Peacocks in a 55g, that’s just wrong. So it’s not a question of you can’t do it, but should you. On a side note, your fish do look like they get along. Makes the Cichlid hobby that much more enjoyable.
Below was copied from the PetSmart website: The minimum size of your aquarium depends on how many cichlids you have and how big they will be as adults. Cichlids that are 6 inches (15 cm) or less need at least a 20-gallon tank. Cichlids up to 8 inches (20 cm) long need at least a 29-gallon tank. If you plan to have multiple cichlids, follow this formula to determine whether the tank should be even larger. The aquarium should have 2 gallons of water for every inch of fully grown fish.

Somebody always got to be negative. I'm sure he knows, why not focus on the positive huh? The beautiful fish that are thriving and showing beautiful colors. Good job Ricky keep up the fish intell and hey stay focused right, Words from the wise, mm Man stay focused lol love ❤ it
Wow. Well done. Thinking outside the box. Agree on all. Four tanks and mixed for me. Crowding is okay.
Great job on the video. Crazy how many really go into others rules and not experience for themselves.
Thank You! Most of the fun in the hobby is trying different approaches!
Lol. You just said females. I'm totally with you. I am a successful male/females tank.

Do they even know what they are talking about.
There’s a reason Petsmart is pizza hut to the local fish shops and experts are to Italian NJ pizza shops 😂
I’d like to see a 50% water change on this tank please
