Brentwood 911 - A Behind the Scenes Look at the Safety Operations Center

Meet some of the people behind our Brentwood Emergency Communications Center who help you when you call for help. Andrew Patton, a Public Safety Dispatcher said, "people usually don't call 911 when they are having a good day." Supervisor Kathleen Watkins said, "the quicker you answer the questions being asked, the quicker help will get to you."
