What I saw a parent did about 30 years ago was to take her baby to the beach dig a hole in the sand and place the baby in it to stand for sometimes, I remembered her doing it every Thursday . She did this as long as she could and I can tell you gradually the legs gain strength and she eventually walk when she was 4. Now she is a grown woman married and have her own family. I shared this with quite a few parents who have similar challenges and they have seen results.

Ever tried meat based pizza bites? U will love them ... just use ground chicken and or turkey and or beef. The meat base cooked for about 20 mins in the over at 375 degrees, take out, put toppings in place nd place back in the oven for another 10-15 mins. Delicious and way more healthy

They don’t show us their every move on these little videos and I’m glad they don’t cause people do way to much! Just because you don’t see it doesn’t mean it isn’t getting done

Yes unfortunately in America portions are humongous compared to other countries, and our foods have tons of additives that cause them to be addictive and subsequently cause weight gain, so eat wisely here.

However I believe there’s something you’re consuming off camera (Obviously)- !! So my thing is, Just be honest with us and show us what really goes on.
