EXCEL-44 Blister Packing Machine

The machine is fully automatic and is used for packing tablets and capsules.
The inspection systems on the machine include:
-Pinhole detector system: This system checks for any holes or punctures in the blister form.
-Blister inspection system: This system uses a camera to inspect the tablets and capsules for any defects, such as missing tablets, color variations, broken tablets, or chipped tablets.
-OCV OCR barcode reader system: This system checks for printing defects on the blister pack, such as unreadable print, incorrect batch codes, or missing expiry dates.
-Splice detection and rejection system: This system checks for any joints or tears in the foil.
-Base foil and lidding foil finish detector: This system stops the machine when the foil runs out.
-Thermal inkjet printer: This printer prints the batch number, manufacturing date, expiry date, and barcode on the blister pack.
