Yes they cut the frame and bend the rear section down at the factory but that’s before the frames are heat treated. However it doesn’t matter because it’s on a section of the frame that isn’t load bearing.
Bruce, those air horns are adjustable for pitch. Grab the neck and turn the back to loosen then you can adjust it for and aft to get the pitch you want 😉
Been watchin bruce for years now, open thousands of boxes and just always think dam boy buy a knife and make it it an everyday carry item. 😅 love the new cabover.
Hey Bruce, if it's not too late, you should put Raptor liner under the half fenders so that rocks don't dent them and protect them. I hope your relative enjoys it.
Going to be a give away. It's going to be awesome. Going look nice. Awesome you are going to keep it looking stock. Keep up the great work and video's.
Cool that cummins stores the odo reading on the ECU. Late 90's to mid 2000's BMW's used to store the reading on the ECU, LCM, and body/seat module which makes it really easy to tell if someone tried messing with it because if all 3 don't match you'll get a dot on the gauge cluster. And most people messing with odo readings aren't going to put in the effort to make sure it all checks out. Unless they specifically tell you one of the modules has been replaced without recoding it you'd always know it was tampered with. If nothing else you could haggle the price down and if you're in Europe an M57 with 500k on it is barely broken in lol.
Not going to lie, this Pete and your old blue collar are my favorite trucks that you have owned so far! Don’t get me wrong I like the other trucks you have but you really can’t beat a classic truck.
I think a lot of people aren't sending in for merch cause "Blue Collar" had a new engine & clutch. Maybe their scared of it cause it may end up have "Wiring" problems I don't know. Good Luck to Ya!!!!! At the same time I hope "I Win It Yeeeaaahhh"!!!!!!
@bruce get yourself a “Ceramic Weld Backing” to block the holes that you’re filling with the MIG. You can find them on the internet or at welding shops.
Man you got a big facility man you could have lifts in there machining for engines all kinds of stuff you can get man I can't wait to keep watching you and see you grow into that place
If it's another giveaway truck I'd be surprised. But also super stoked, especially if they try to keep it looking classic! Would be awesome to see it working.
Hi again Bruce, just a suggestion, but why don't you try laying down a couple of Tires and rest the chassis on them. Protecting engine sumps, and what ever else. Cheers mate.
I’m having fun watching y’all work on the Large Cars. I wondered as well why you didn’t try to salvage the driver’s door window on the Freightliner you dismantled with your telehandler, but I ain’t losing sleep over it. Then on the other hand it seems more people are wanting to drive like a wreck looking for a place to happen, even some Rig drivers I hear our dispatch describe over the radio driving like they lost their damn minds. So you’re, sho nuff, going to have plenty of parts and donor vehicles available.
Idk what the plans are for it, but it would be pretty sweet if it involved either dropping one of those x15s you have in it or maybe a scania power plant for it and drive train.
He'll the tank could be something for around a farm or make a cart for portable fuel tank be nothing to just plug the hole either fuel gage of sort or just another way for connection.
Is there much of a weight difference between the steel 5th wheel and the aluminum 5th wheel? Otherwise, out of curiosity, is it only visual ascetics that prompts the "expenditure of resources"?
I love to see you guys Give a semi to Blake. I think it'll be a good idea if you can help them out. I'm having a nice trailer for events. His race truck and maybe you guys team up on buying race trucks together and building them to come up with your own designs. I would love to see you guys work together on some designs.
You need some engineers chalk that you can grind & sharpen to a point to accurately mark out that frame rail or a scriber to scratch the cutting marks in.
Idol Bruce always ur vlog very nice vlog about truck all vlog u post I open my phone to viewing ur vlog in the philipine idol shout out to my family in sta mesa manila phili. Tnk u idol Bruce from Mr. Jaime Dela Cruz all ways watch ur vlog
33:33 💯👍👍👍Time is money and wasting time to rescue some screws or a window or a switch does not make sense. Maybe in a third world country where every screw counts, but there you have all the parts you want to repair those Trucks.
What you are doing to Hank will look realy great. A little chaotic your style of work but ok it´s your style. Getting good parts of the wrecks is a realy good idear. That you intend to give the engines a good bill of health is a good and will give you a good reputation in the business. You are right by saying that parts which take a long time to remove and give you only a small profit are not worth the time.
Save every window they will sell fast. I have a friend that owns a glass business and he cant keep enough semi windows in stock new or used they go fast.
3:48 and I thought "this big ol' piece of metal " was part of the chassis structure. Of course you can just cut it out. It's probably useless. It should be alright without it. Them wheels will still turn afterwards. Just get rid of it!

23:36 It looks great Bruce good job
I love classic COE semi trucks 🚛 they were popular when I graduated from high school in 1985. 🙂
Fab up a fifth wheel tool. Snag a king pin off of a junk trailer and weld it to a piece of square tube that will fit over one of the the forks
Going to be a give away. It's going to be awesome. Going look nice. Awesome you are going to keep it looking stock. Keep up the great work and video's.

I like your leadership skill. The guys who work you are lucky to have you as a boss
Man you got a big facility man you could have lifts in there machining for engines all kinds of stuff you can get man I can't wait to keep watching you and see you grow into that place
I’m loving this I’m new subscriber but I’ve been here since 2019 and I’m loving the buying old trucks and fixing them up
100% a giveaway truck and its going to be amazing 👌
If it's another giveaway truck I'd be surprised. But also super stoked, especially if they try to keep it looking classic! Would be awesome to see it working.
Loving the way Hank is coming along.. all these builds are great
I always put tiny bit of grease inside of metal lug covers, keeps em from rusting
TANK'S FOR STARTING MY RACE TEAM !!! F.C.R !!!
Looking good keeping it traditional on the pete cabover
Bruce, it looks like you are having a ball! It's your business, so you can do what works!
Hi again Bruce, just a suggestion, but why don't you try laying down a couple of Tires and rest the chassis on them. Protecting engine sumps, and what ever else. Cheers mate.
It's the next give away truck.🙂😀😃👍 Yes you can modify the back end of the frame because Matt on Diesel Creek did the same thing. 👍
plasma cutter and you can get it done i use to do this type of work take old king pin and make a lift tool.
Hi Bruce. Great entertainment and video content. Keep it up boys. Julian U.K

I like how u fix up Old trucks😊
Nice lookin 352 Pete. Maybe add some in-frame storage boxes
Yes it's worth the time.
Bruce you always make it work. 🙂
Dude, what the actual fuck was the point of the "template" if you were just gonna measure the cut?!? 😂😂😂 Absolute lunacy.
Bruce man you should keep that thing that'll be the only American cab over you have
Idk what the plans are for it, but it would be pretty sweet if it involved either dropping one of those x15s you have in it or maybe a scania power plant for it and drive train.

U going give it a way
I know where there's a 98 k100 for sale in Brooksville. Runs great
Looks good so far.
Is there much of a weight difference between the steel 5th wheel and the aluminum 5th wheel? Otherwise, out of curiosity, is it only visual ascetics that prompts the "expenditure of resources"?
You could start the Kentucky Derby with that horn!!
@BruceWilson a suggestion that tank that was damaged could be converted to a custom bbq pit as a diy project.
Test stands for the engines and APUs so when they come in and get pulled, looking 👍🏼
Welcome to power truck show🎉
Why not use a angle grinder and a cut off wheel for a nice straight cut vs blue wrench
I love to see you guys Give a semi to Blake. I think it'll be a good idea if you can help them out. I'm having a nice trailer for events. His race truck and maybe you guys team up on buying race trucks together and building them to come up with your own designs.

Hey Bruce if I where you I would keep Hank the Cabover so you will think about when you started your channel with Blue Collar the Cabover.
Hi Bruce , another great video , thanks . can you give us an update on the tractor taxi , have you sold it ?
That truck would look good with some 6 inch angle cut exhaust stacks. 👍 To replace the ones on there now.
Beautiful truck.
It would be a great giveaway keeping the old stuff alive😊
Good looking ride
You boys are doing a great job of putting this Tractor together mate. Keep up the great work Bruce, cheers.
You need some engineers chalk that you can grind & sharpen to a point to accurately mark out that frame rail or a scriber to scratch the cutting marks in.
What you need is an old fifth Wheel pin with a flat plate with an eyelet on the top
You need to promote Fitzgerald Collision more on a consisitent basis, all is good, just a recommendation..
sure you put the plug in that front bearing hub?
When will this one be given away or sold?
5th wheel tool just a 5th wheel pin from Amazon, weld a clevis to it like a popsicle
Put a secondary foot switch for the air horn!
Yall should make a big grill for the shop out of one of the scrap fuel tanks. Maybe even pellet smoker style like Treager
Nice peterbilt
Man I like that cabover pete.
Put a headache rack on old Hank so you can store stuff in it
You could use your kingpin to ball adapter to lift the fifth wheel
Hey Bruce, can you give a link for the rear hub covers with the foam mount?
keep the clips coming
do you resell old part that what chrome shop use.
Lake is hitting the road
Love that pete
Possibly a Scania V-8 in the Pete's future
This memes between the classics phrases are hilarious 😂
What brand are those hub covers with the foam? And where did you get them from if you don’t mind me asking
Not long now until 1 million subs.
Ficou ótimo maravilha 👏👏👏 parabéns
Take. The Gold in comps
U need to give that cab over Pete to ur little brother Ryan so he haves his own truck
I was thinking it was a Showtruck
Give away truck!!! Did they change the hubs over on hank, or do a cut off? You put hub pilot wheels on and that truck should of been stud pilot.
33:33
💯👍👍👍Time is money and wasting time to rescue some screws or a window or a switch does not make sense. Maybe in a third world country where every screw counts, but there you have all the parts you want to repair those Trucks.
Bruce have you got a good isx Cummins heas?
Hey, Bruce. 👋
The electric trucks, why cant they be converting back to diesel trucks?
Cabs look mint & I'm sure you would easily get the parts.
What you are doing to Hank will look realy great. A little chaotic your style of work but ok it´s your style.

Like I said before. It's a survivor leave it alone !
U need to make a engine stand for starting up the engines
BRUCE'S Favourite Word
While LAKE'S doing that or when LAKE'S done that 😂 Bruce would be fcuked without LAKE!!😊😂
We all need lake in our lives 😂
Bruce's dream home is a cottage with its own lake.
Save every window they will sell fast. I have a friend that owns a glass business and he cant keep enough semi windows in stock new or used they go fast.
Anyone know how many trucks he has now? How many are projects??? Can’t count that high.
Bruce you buy good truck men
Hey put that APU on Hank
How does that hub cover not cause excessive heat buildup with the foam wrapping
Put a tool box behind the cab to cover up the Blank Spot
Super cool video nice job 👍👏🥰🇨🇿😉
U need to give it to ur little brother for his first truck
Finally working on a cool truck
Love Kank I wood like to drive it
3:48 and I thought "this big ol' piece of metal " was part of the chassis structure.
Of course you can just cut it out. It's probably useless. It should be alright without it. Them wheels will still turn afterwards.
Just get rid of it!
Like the videos!💪🏼no salvage pick ups? Or FCR collision pickups?
Hi Bruce
the little stuff sells quickly. The big stuff sits longer
Giveitaway, giveitaway, giveitaway, giveitaway, now, like it's a Red Hot Chili Pepper 🌶🌶🌶
