It doesn’t matter about morale because morale is messed up in this game I played a defender every single game and because I didn’t play him in 2 games because off fitness he was very unhappy and wanted and put in a transfer request

you need to keep up contracts mate , it does make a difference in players performance on the pitch , also if you sign a higher rated player offer the old player rotation instead of important you dont have to add any more time on the contract and i only offer a extra 100 on wages .sometimes players may even take a wage cut .
