I feel that it's the thinking you are better than other gals and having that influence your behaviour to be picked that makes it pick me but there gals who grew up with boys which has influenced their behaviour to be the way they are but don't think they are better than other gals and actually admire how they see sisters teaching each other things like makeup and all that

4:09 There is a documentary I watched on Netflix called Period. It’s about Mentruation in Indian Culture. You think buying a pad for it to be wrapped up is backward? In the video even making pads was a taboo, having pads in shops is outrageous. Periods are never mentioned they don’t exist in some parts of India. So it’s bad in Kenya but in some places it’s worst
Kitt am so triggered. So last year a lady carried a brown bag, and in it there was a pad (still wrapped), a very new one not used at all. Then in the same bag there was a banana.. So she came with it and forgot it at the desk, tell me why a fellow woman took a photo of that and posted it in the group saying how disgusting it is to put an unused pad and a banana in the same brown bag. Our supervisor whois a lady and has daughters and granddaughters was there, trolling the owner of that bag, calling her a witch and saying how God will bring her down for doing that. I was there trying to tell defend the owner, our manager came to my inbox to tell me to keep quiet because our periods are private things and we should not let everyone know what we are going through........

What Senator Doris did was not new or unique. This type of demonstration has been used all over the world to bring to light the issue of period poverty. The time and place is NOW and HERE ☺️ That is wisdom
