Hi Violette! Hopefully your school keeps you updated. If not, try Colgate and National Medical Fellowships! I encourage you to also get involved because I do know that being a member of certain clubs or associations gives you access to their scholarships. SNDA just sent out their list for example.
Hi Jalyn! There is nothing that needs to be done beforehand. I received a merit based scholarship with my offer of admissions to a school I chose not to attend, and it was not something I was expecting. Each school has their own process for review, but they typically have guidelines and limits to how many students will receive these in each class. If you did not receive one and are considering putting down a deposit at different schools, I would reach out to the school you are leaning towards, to see if they can match a similar offer. Be very nice about it! Do not hound the school that didn't step up about it :) just see if it's possible. Good luck! 🍀
Hey josie! I'm sam from Pakistan. I qm completing my Undergraduate dental studies in Pakistan. Is there any process to get post graduate scholarships in US or In europe??
Hi Samiullah! I am not exactly sure what the scholarship opportunities are for foreign grads. I always wish I knew more about this topic, BUT I do know that most of the grads close to me have had to finance dental school mostly on their own. I would reach out to some of the financial aid offices directly if you can! I wish you the best of luck 😀
Hey josie hoping you are in good health. My question is same asked by sam. I want to know about post graduation in dentistry specially in clinic subjects. Please if you can help by reaching out people there to let us know about it. Regards Dr aziz
Hi Ananya! Unfortunately, I don't think there are a ton of international scholarships. Maybe there are private companies that would be willing to help? I know that unless you qualify for FAFSA, there won't be federally backed stipends or scholarships that they would be able to offer you.
Hi! Are you trying to attend dental school and need to do a masters? I don't think there are many of those unfortunately. If you were to do a specialized masters. If you are maybe applying to a public masters for public health, biology, chemistry or any other discipline, there may be TA stipends available. You would just have to work for the school while you are completing your program. Specialized masters programs that pipeline you to dental school rarely have scholarships. Hope that helps!
Hey Josie!! I hope you’re doing well this semester. I know the transition can be a lot. Can’t wait for your update!! Shalom!! ☺️
Hi Liya! Posting a D1 fall recap video soon around spring time. It has been quite the rollercoaster but so worth it. Thanks for sticking around
So glad you're back! I thought d school was just loans. How do we find out about the private scholarships?

Hey, how do you get the merit based offer in your acceptance? Is there something that needs to be done before hand? During interview process?
