The reason she has no mouth is because the expression on the character would look right and in the fit for the other characters and her being able to speak in the games is just mostly the logic in the hello kitty world. Don’t know how my melody in hsd (hello kitty sweet days) speaks with her mouth closed lol. And yes this is what I think you can think different then me.

I think "Really Happy" is a remix from a song from the "Mickey Mod" (idk its name cause i dont play FnF mods that much) i mean it sounds like it, right? Like Mods should have remixed songs- right-? Also I think the reason Kitty turned to the Monster she is, is i think because she could not use her mouth. And that lead to her not being able to Talk, Chat with her friends, Brush her teeth, Eat, nor Drink. I think she felt upset and isolated from Society. She was made that way. I kind of feel bad for Kitty... Not gonna lie i cried at the parts it said "Why Did I Even Exist" and "Do I Deserve This?" For me its a bit sad to see her as a Monster.
