Daykio Plantations was originally started in 1981. In 1986, The Family Group acquired it from the original owners, and there begun out Journey. What we do is simply buy large tracts of land, subdivide and sell. We have plots in Membley, Juja, Ruiru, Kamulu, Kajiado and Kantafu. Our innovation is in giving purchasors time to pay for their parcels, ranging from 12 months to 24 months. Daykio comes from the Kikuyu word, "Ndi Kiio" which means, "I am hardworking".
