I know your pain very well bro, but in this short film field these are very common things only way to win is don't give up at any point and Patience is key to success and take rest for a week without doing any work any restart again and don't forgot one thing we all are in learning stage. I start a 30 minutes short film in 2020 but i released it in 2023, Lot of things changed during that period of time but my love towords my passion is never changed. So don't give up.
I made a movie, but unfortunately, it had to be stopped 😢its a 5 years of hard work because of one unreliable teammate. 😞It's heartbreaking after all that struggle. To any filmmakers reading this, please choose your team carefully. Trust is essential🥺

Another issue is that actors will not be willing to deliver as they argue,with their ideas.
Actors not coming when required will force the producer - director hitting the wall
But, a good screen wise writing each shots with the scene with clarity of plots, sequences, dialogues, silences will only help completing production
No compromise or failure in documentation of scenes, shots, resources, location-, in / out, set up, make up, timings, actors, dialogues, silences, permissions should be allowed for quick success with in budget.
Some guys will pull down or ditch always . It might force one to jump and do it on own everything.
