Both are in bambolin but guest house is a kind of officers touring hostel in which mostly officers come on official purposes, so its best u book holiday home in goa not guest house as per my knowledge.

Yes unfortunately it is compulsory. You can mail the office ur receipt pdf and request them to take a print ,seal and sign the receipt and speed post that to ur address. This might solve the issue.

Officials are required to furnish copy of PPO or Pensioner Identity card along with confirmation slip at time of check-in and need not to verify the confirmation slip from their last attended office.

Yes u can book in both sir but u can only book normal rooms not vip rooms or lounges which are reserved for Grade A officers. If normal room is available in officer touring hostel u can book but in most cases in touring hostels vip rooms or general ward are available. So try to book in holiday homes rather than officers touring hostel if both are available at a place.

If department is changed then previous ID card would not be valid. But if only area of posting is changed then u can use previous ID Card for booking and carry a copy of it to the holiday home.

As per my knowledge if the employee or pensioner himself or herself doesnot visit only blood relatives who r directly connected to him or her can stay in holiday homes. Since his daughter is married now, so that wont be possible in ur case.About this I am not fully sure. But I am sure that without govt.ID card of employee and confirmation slip entry is not given. So Govt ID or any such photo ID proof is necessary that proves he is a employee or pensioner.
