    First tune I purchased from Terry Ganzie was entitled “What A Gwan” on the Digital B label voiced on Three Blind Mice riddim, Terry was voicing cultural tunes which drew me to him & he has a distinct voice. Seriously underrated artist with a lyrical flow that is hard to beat.

      Real talk mark Gordon original (Guardy) real hard street yute and lane Montego Bay, I remember I used to see u when I was a little Juvenile around a lane with the don Japanese and city yute, prentice, the big original 1200 ninja bike parked up in the yard kangal sound a play..

    One of my favorite DJs of all time.
    Ganzie's voice and style are very unique which put him in a class that few artists belong to.
    To this very day, his tunes stand the test of time.

    When I was on job experience in high school I got to privilege to meet the man at the garage in white hall that I was learning mechanic and he is the same humble and kind person that we see today on this interview big up terri-ganzie your contribution to the music industry will live on ......

    DJ you are the outlaw and once Dave could not get the writers right because you not letting him own such royalty by writing for you that right there is the reason he wasn't too much onto you as he would be in Buju and Fabulous . Remember a lot of people know and respect you as a great Artist , you a one real youth but they black listed you that's why you don't get what's due to you in the space. You a big Artist youth one of the real Warrior big up every time.

    Another dancehall giant.. A great a legend, can't believe they never put those hits on the charts.. "Whosoever".. Was the biggest song on this riddim and then he mash up BIG IT UP RIDDIM with 3 songs.. Hardware and lumber, please man and sex class.. He was my Smooth voice wicked artist, couldn't leave him out when all the big Riddims buss, he was right up there too with buju and fabulous and mad cobra and Cutty.. Glad to see him holding his self together and staying focus with a good heart.. I have all his hits from way way back.. Salute you Ganzie

    He came big when I was a kid, My name is terry and General Barnsey used to call me terry ganzie. This was early 90s .. good to see these artiste teach dem. Big up. I’m from cview “the university” and so music was a part of our lives growing up. Love this program. Memory lane.

    I was so happy when Sir Terry Ganzie, Big Artist, said “Its too Late” (no joke song) its his favourite song bc its also my favourite TG tune and one of my favouriteReggae songs all time. When that song was released Cultural Reggae was on very high point and my life was great. I wished teach BEGGED A PIECE of the song.!!! I know the riddim as “ Burning Bush!!! Love

    Honestly, this artiest is one that is very much underated but is a real baaaaaaad artiest from then till now.

    Yeah man been waiting for this fi di longest... after recent news about wagwan in the industry I lost hope wid di culture and hearing this interview bring light to me again. Mi ah born 92 and mi fada raise me on plenty tune including di Outlaw as him was a soundman so i feel mi waan fi do soundsystem work of foundational music from pre 90s keep the culture deh suh.. give thanks teach dem it uplift mi spiritually and hearing how the music industry works in JA from England didn't know how bad it was dem time suh

    Nuff Raspect Ganzie, I remember one night in about 1986 in Granville, MoBay, on a sound call Ticka Music, there was a lyrical clash between "The Outlaw" and another DJ name Terri Ganzie and the Outlaw rub him out. And it was determined that the Outlaw had the right to carry the name Terry Ganzie. I never heard of the other DJ after that

    I heard Welcome the Outlaw in Haiti in the 90’s and up til now it still has an impact on me… this channel put a face to all the guys I listened to although at the the time I didn’t get every word but the vibe was something special.

    When u listen these older artists story you realize more and more that this music industry is a dirty business how on earth non of these mega songs never enter the Jamaican charts and I hear these criminal producers and some of the artist who was on top saying the internet mash up the business apart fro the quality of the production it only mash up the business for these wicked who use to control it
