We had a snow storm yesterday (I am so tired of this 😣) and I woke up with a migraine. But then you popped up with visions of spring and cherry blossoms. I feel better. 🥰
I had a personally traumatic experience yesterday & was feeling vulnerable. After a good night's sleep, I woke up & saw it was 6:30am. Joy, I didn't have to wait for Nami's vlog, it was already there! 🤗 I watched it from bed. 🤭 The cherry blossom theme was so cute.🌸 Her videos are so HEALING & INSPIRING. Thank you Nami, from the bottom of my heart.💞 I do believe you are the answer to world peace.🙏

I think it's worth noting that you always have vegetables at every meal. It's something I'm trying to do more, but it's not really an American custom to eat vegetables regularly at breakfast. It's more of a diet trend. I love seeing how other countries divide their meals through the day. Also, that Cafe was so stylish! It makes me want to go there in person!
Japanese veggies and fruits are highly poluted with pesticides. Because they want oh so perfect looking food they use so much of it. Please don't take that as "healthy" It isn't.

Hi Nami! In Italy we have a similar noodles called “passatelli”, based on eggs and lot of Parmesan. We boil them directly in broth and eat noodles and broth together.

Dear Nami, it's strangely consoling and bittersweet to watch your videos! You and I are on opposite sides of the planet, but we lead similar lives. I, too, am a young woman living alone in a capital city, and I too spend my days off tidying in peace and cooking meals for myself. The only difference is in the ingredients used in cooking - over here, a nice meal consists for example of schnitzel, salad made of potatoes and lamb's lettuce, and a glass of wine. But the overall feel is exactly the same. It just goes to show that no matter where we are or what culture we grow up with, the human condition remains similar. 自宅にある雛人形が今の生活には
少し大き過ぎるなと感じ、
以前から気になる人形店に相談に
行きました。（なんと、地元の人形協会会長さんのお店でした。😅）
そんな格式高いお店にこんな相談していいものかと思っていましたが、
丁寧に対応してくれました。日本の伝統文化だから、安易に買い換えは
せず、一部の人形を人形供養に
出し、小物も少し処分する方向で話がまとまりました。
中には売れれば何でも良いと考えるお店もあるなか、こちらに立ち寄って本当に良かったと思いましたし、自分の気持ちもスッキリしました。✨
