My 2 friends stood in line for an hour to get on in the meanwhile I got on 4 rides (we had express passes).
So many people think that going upside down on a coaster is scary. It's not.

Driving down the highway, you see the enormous roller coasters in the distance, waiting for your arrival. You finally get to Canada's Wonderland drive and you see the almighty Behemoth beside you as you approach the park. You find a parking space and walk towards the park, hearing the roar and thunder of the coasters. Leviathan is staring down at you, injecting fear into even the most brave of riders. The scariest part is when you are slowly going up and realize the height of this ride compare to others in the park, after that, it all feels so good!
Going up is the most terrifying part for me always lol watching the ground drop away beside you and feeling like you could just tip out. I’m so terrified of heights but this ride is so good it’s worth it lol

edit: no one has heard of a seasons pass and thinks i pay $49 every time i go 🤦🏻♂️. i pay around 80 dollars for the seasons pass and i go literally dozens of times and it becomes free after the second time.

I'm not a big coaster person however rode it yesterday and forced myself to go on it! AMAZING! The drop looks worse than it is! Feels like you are flying and soaring and not as bad as other coasters! So smooth and amazing. Just get over your fear of the huge hill and you will be fine!

For those of you who want to go on the leviathan here's a description of it with my experience on it.
The leviathan is a smooth roller coster which means when it makes sharp turns you don't go flying around.
The first drop is probably the scariest part where it feels like your lifting off your seat.
After the first drop no other drops feel scary.
Seats look small and unsafe but there deep and the THE handle part is big.
Seats at the sides are the same as seats in the middle.
Out of 5 stars of how scary the coster is I would say 3

I felt as if my insides were compressing the first time I went on it. After a bunch of rides, though, I'm now confident to go completely limp when the drop comes. It's a truly amazing feeling.

Whenever I go to wonderland, I always want to go on this ride but always chicken out when I get there and then beat myself up for it when I leave. Does anyone have any advice to get over my fear?
Just understand that the worst that can happen is you die so be at peace, grateful for your life, tell your family and friends you love them, so if the worst happens you wont be disappointed.

Rainbow Unicorn love I have some advice, being someone who was terrified to go but now is in love with it: if you know you really want to go on and you aren’t afraid to the point where you will get anxiety (because you shouldn’t force yourself if you’ll induce a panic attack), tell a friend before hand hat you trust, to force you on it. I was terrified to him on this and behemoth because I was scared of what the drops would feel like, so I told my friend that when we go, to literally drag me on it and not let me go. For behemoth, I waited in line, and as I was about I sit down I chickened out and tried to leave. It settled in that I was actually gonna be going on it and I got scared, but my friend pulled through. She grabbed my wrist and was like “you’re not leaving”. Her plus the fact that the people were waiting on me to make a decision made some sit my butt down lol. I was super scared on the way up, literally telling my friend “why did I let you do this to me” (lol” but as soon as it dropped I put my hands up and kept them there the whole time. Same with Leviathan. It was a lot bigger, so I didn’t want to go on it. I said “I’m gonna wait in the line with you guys and then I’ll hold your stuff”. They agreed, but when we got to the time to get in my friend was like “ha you’re coming with us”. I was, again, really scared on the way up, but as it dropped I threw my hands up. I now love rollercoasters, thanks to my friend for helping me realize it. So yeah, long story short, have a friend you trust force you on it. If you keep giving yourself the free pass to chicken out all the time you’ll never conquer it! And trust me, it’s not scary. You don’t get the weird feeling in your stomach on big drops like this. It feels as if you’re, floating? Whatever it is, it’s fun, so just try it out. Tell yourself that you’ll do it once, so you know what it feels like, if you don’t like it, you don’t have to go again, you won’t know until you try. And it’s bragging rights too soo😂

Been on this once last summer,the sickest ride I ever went on in my life.9/10 brutal.Behemoth was a close 8/10 sick to the limit!
I urge people to try it. I have a fear of heights and was terrified to go on it. But after I did it, I didn’t regret it.
i finally built up the courage to go on this yesterday... i only waited in line for 10 minutes because it was during the day on wednesday but that was scary. going up the first drop was so scary and i was regretting everything lmao. the first drop was terrifying and so scary but after that the rest of the ride was so fun and felt like nothing after the first drop. honestly it was so fun and i would definitely do it again. after i got off i felt like i could do anything lmao.
I only went to wonderland 4 times. I went on all the big rides like behemoth, leviathan and drop tower and I honestly don't regret it! Leviathan is such a fun ride and if your going I highly recommend going on it :) You won't regret it

That "scary" gut-in-your-throat feeling is over before the train is a third of the way down the first drop. The rest is smooth sailing; it's a great ride for conquering your coaster fears~!
I went on this ride twice and the second time it was at night and my seatbelt came loose so I told the people in charge of the ride and the next time I went which was the next day there was a big malfunction sign saying you couldn't go on that seat. now I'm never going on it again I'm way too scared and I'm traumatized
If the restraint also contains a seatbelt then it won't be much of a hazard if it comes lose. It's just an extra safe guard. If your saying that the restraint itself came lose then thats bs bc you would be dead.
A lot of roller coaters don't have seatbelts, they don't matter too much. Lots of roller coasters don't have them. What matters is the restraint, the big sort of clamp that holds you in. Seat belts are mostly there as a decoy, to keep passengers feeling safe. It also acts as a lasts resorts. Your car ride to the park is millions of time more dangerous the coaster it self. These theme parks cannot afford someone to die on a roller coaster. It would shut the park down and they would loose a lot of money from bad reputation and lawsuits. These roller coasters are engineered to be safe. The fact that they closed it down because of the seat belt shows how anxious they are.
Such a good roller coaster. To me it’s not scary at all since I’ve been on it so much. (The only time it was scary for me was right before the very first time I went on it when leviathan first opened, then after that time it isn’t scary for me since I’ve been on it over 300 times now haha) But to others it could be scary. It’s 50/50 for it being scary because half people think it’s scary and half don’t. It depends on how we all feel individually about it and in my opinion it isn’t scary. Anyone that is scared to ride leviathan, that is fine, you will be okay and you got this! But ride only if you want to, don’t let anyone force you to. You don’t have to ride if you don’t want to. But the feeling of facing your fears is amazing and you’ll end up loving it when it is done and you’ll wanna go on it again. Good luck, have fun and you never know, you might become a ride warrior after riding it haha I’m the biggest ride warrior. Leviathan, Yukon striker and behemoth are such good roller coasters so I recommend all three. Stay safe everyone :)

as soon as we started going up i (twelve years old) start crying. i immediately regretted it. when we started going down i closed my eyes and opened them slightly before the tunnel. i kept my eyes closed almost the whole time. i legitimately felt like i was not going to make it alive. i can hardly remember it. all i could do while on the ride was move my body. i couldn’t think i couldn’t feel, i was brain paralyzed. it was one of the scariest moments in my entire life and i will never ever do it again.
I have experienced the same. I didn't cry while going up as I didn't know how bad it would be and I didn't scream at all when going down. I think I was schocked. It was rather horrific for me.😀I would never go for it again.

I am very glad that we enjoyed the ride on these roller coasters and something else is very important ticket with a quick pass, because otherwise there is no pleasure this way you go from one to another without waiting

@@hamburgerssprite1892 It really depends. Some rides I'll feel a constant tickle in my stomach like on Viking's Rage. Other rides I just feel speed and g force. I got the stomach feeling on Yukon Striker for the first 50ft of the drop where it accelerates, then after I didn't feel anything. Drop tower I didn't feel anything either, aside from vertigo going up.

Personally, I have been on this coaster 2 times before and it is really scary, the drop itself is scary as hell because it goes straight down and it gives this weird feeling to your stomach. But one thing I can say is that the rid ITSELF is not what i feared, It was as soon as I sat in the train and put that belt on because I'm like hooly shit... ITS HAPPENING all that wait in line is like whatever, but when you see that shit in ur face oh boy you better get ready because as soon as those mf's strap you up>? its OVER its like ohhhh what did I get myself into and then you know what? the moment your soul leaves your body, the infamous ✨ A L L C L E A R ✨ AND THEN the ride begins and that's when you start praying and getting that final breath's before the train actually starts going up and up and up and up and then boom finally you're at the top and the drop happens! BOOM it's so fast and scary but after the first drop it gets better, it's still REALLY scary but after the first drop the ride is manageable. and then yeah, you are now crowned one of the non-chicken asociation who went on the Leviathan. ps. I went with my cousin and didint speak a word to him the WHOLE way because I was scared to death of everything on that ride since it was my first time, and HIS ALSO. Insane experience. must try!!

I think it was just a space thing. Most of the coaster is in the small park area between the parking lot and actual park. They would have had to either push it into the parking lot or other parts of the park to add more elements. I still don't get why it has such a long braking area, when we were there they only had 2 trains in that area max when there's room for 12! Could have definitely made that another hill.
It almost seems like the original plan was for it to be an MCBR and have it drop off to the left and do a hill turn around, do another one and then turn into the final brakes.
I think part of the fun of the ride is the waiting in line. Builds the anticipation and fear of the ride. The closer you get in line the more you realize just how big it is and how high that first drop is lol the extra torture is part of the fun lol

This ride is only scary the first time you ride it. For the first drop, if you are really scared, do what my brother does: closes his eyes, grabs onto his lap bar so hard his knuckles turn white, and screams. Or, if you're feeling brave, do what I do: put your hands up for the entire ride. Either way, you're gonna love this thing.

I just went on this for the first time a few hours ago! I was soooo freaking scared ...going up was THE WORST part but it actually ended up being my fav ride of the entire day! It is surprisingly smooth and your head doesn't smash around like in some of the other rides (wildbeast or flight deck). Def doing it again next time I go!!

I disagree with this. I can't speak to Intimidator, but while Millennium Force may feel slightly faster, it has nary a G to be found throughout its course. For my party (which included two Cedar Point veterans), this craps all over Millenium Force.

Go with a friend if you can, but I've found that any time you're along on roller coasters as cool as this, you can make friends in line and around you very easily!
