building off another comment that mentioned at around 15:22 that it spelled out perpetual, i have a theory about it you know how tv programs often have reruns after a show ends its original run, what i think is happening here is that channel 57 may just be one big rerun, however, something happened so that clock either remembers everything that happens and is just hiding it, or they were never intended to show up in the first place back in itft 1 they say "i have been here the entire time, it seems like YOU might not have been very observant" in my opinion, this can imply that clock (the regular object form at least) has watched reruns of whatever show was on channel 57 that included the cast, but seeing how things began to unfold in earlier post-credits scenes, the weird things happening eventually leads to clock becoming what they are now, somehow ending up in channel 57, and then making the show as a result this potentially throws things off as it technically means that it's no longer a rerun of the original program, but now its own thing (aka itft)

What if all Clock's friends died and he made the contents act like his old friends (Or they are his old friends) and made the show as a coping mechanism. Maybe the show's name is "It's time for letting go of the past." 13:43 Look how excited Clock gets when he thinks Wheel is back. He gets genuinely happy at the thought of Wheel coming back, he clearly cares about them.
Edit: I wanted to add more, the theme of birthday keeps coming up. The card from the first episode and now this gift. Birthdays are usually associated with fun but important for my little theory, growing up. Growing up and letting go of the past, something Clock has been desperately been avoiding. He's scared of moving on, because all of his happiness was in the past, and moving on to the future, growing up, means he has to let all that go. And go to unexplored possibilities and chances, he's scared of moving on. But no matter what, the clock keeps ticking. Time keeps going, stopping for no one. I know I said the full title is "It's time for letting go of the past." But maybe the full title is actually "It's time for moving on."

you know how tv programs often have reruns after a show ends its original run, what i think is happening here is that channel 57 may just be one big rerun, however, something happened so that clock either remembers everything that happens and is just hiding it, or they were never intended to show up in the first place
back in itft 1 they say "i have been here the entire time, it seems like YOU might not have been very observant"
in my opinion, this can imply that clock (the regular object form at least) has watched reruns of whatever show was on channel 57 that included the cast, but seeing how things began to unfold in earlier post-credits scenes, the weird things happening eventually leads to clock becoming what they are now, somehow ending up in channel 57, and then making the show
as a result this potentially throws things off as it technically means that it's no longer a rerun of the original program, but now its own thing (aka itft)
