JW GROMis Poland's elite counter-terrorism unit. GROM, which stands for GroupOperational Maneuvering Response, which also means "thunder", is one of the five special operation forces units of the Polish Armed Forces. It was officially activated on July 13, 1990. It is deployed in a variety of special operations and unconventional warfare roles, including anti-terrorist operations and projection of force behind enemy lines.
The Jednostka Wojskowa Komandosów, commonly called JWK and formerly known as 1 Pułk Specjalny Komandosów (1 PSK), is one of six special forces units currently operating within Poland's Centrum Operacji Specjalnych - Dowództwo Komponentu Wojsk Specjalnych (COS - DKWS, en. Special Operations Center - Special Forces Component Command). JWK was formed in 1961 and is the oldest Polish special operations unit. The unit is located in Lubliniec, Poland.
Jednostka Wojskowa Formoza,(2007-2011 Morska Jednostka Działań Specjalnych, MJDS) (en. Naval Special Operations Unit), other old names: Sekcje Działań Specjalnych Marynarki Wojennej (Polish Navy Special Operations Sections), Grupy Specjalne Płetwonurków (Special Frogmen Groups).JWF is now part of Wojska Specjalne (1975-2008 - part of the Polish Navy). The Formoza was founded in 1975. Its first commanding officer was (now a retired) certified commander, kmdr por. dypl. Józef Rembisz. In 1974, a research team dealing with matters related to naval frogmen was created. The team was to draw up a concept for the organisation and formation of a special division of naval frogmen.

Honestly, I do not know if what I read of the DevGru or 1st SFOD-D, is true or are magnified newspaper articles, for movies, series or hollywood. I like the DevGru, but it seems that there are only two special forces on this planet, DevGru and Spetsnaz, the rest does not exist, maybe my opinion is conditioned by that, and maybe that's why I like other special forces, as you said, the Polish SOF work together and it would cost me to disign a 1st SFOD-D and a Polish SOF if you put them together and take away the patches.

Great video and you're right . Many units force composed entirely of highly trained and selected soldiers , including women, also GROM and FORMAZA and probably women are snipers . It would be nice to see them in action .
