It would be great if you were to show the answers to homework in the following video, so for example the homework answers for Union operation could be shown in the beginning of Set difference operation.
It looks like results of both expressions are gonna be the same. But second expression should give intermediary Cartesian table of 4 rows when first expression should give 8 rows. Probably the second method would be preferable from the perspective of memory utilization, but not sure about processor time. :)
For the example, I can get the same output by 1st selecting where Teacher ID = Instructor ID, and then select by Department = Physics. Wanna ask if in general, do you always get the same output if you select by Condition A, then select by Condition B, as compared to if you select by Condition B, then select by Condition A?
if we consider instructor and course relation ans - π name,course_ID( σ instructor.Dept_name = course.Dept_name (σ instructor.Dept_name="Physics"( INSTRUCTOR X COURSE ))) It may be wrong.

🗿👏🏻
I have the same question. I think it might have better performance, but I'm not sure.
the best channel I have ever watched. you should give all courses free. I think that you will get more popular and million views
All the best for cs
How about we do an ^ operation (AND) Pi name,course_id( select dept_name='physics' ^ Instructor.Id=Teaches.Id(INSTRUCTOR X TEACHES))
Yeah I thought about that too, it should work no?
You’re amazing!
nicely explained bro, thanks
flawless
Thank you sir🥰🙏
great video
Excellent

Yes, We'll get the same output
Thanks sir 😊😊
please make a video showing the solution of the homework questions please!
why don't we use the Instructor and Course tables.?
π name, Course_ID (σ Dept_name = Physics (INSTRUCTOR X COURSE))
i also want to know
@theflash2352 what is the ambiguity in his query , if u know please do tell.
There are going to be two columns named Dept_Name in INSTRUCTOR X COURSE@@sahilpahuja8116
I think as he said, there are multiple ways to answer the question
if we consider instructor and course relation
ans - π name,course_ID( σ instructor.Dept_name = course.Dept_name (σ instructor.Dept_name="Physics"( INSTRUCTOR X COURSE )))
It may be wrong.
Amazing
why the ID number and instrcotr did must be the dame
Auh no same examples were given by my teacher
india me bhi hindi classes milna bhot muskil hai kas mai amarica me payda hua hota😢
not everyone understands hindi. english is universal language.
We should be proud of being a BHARTIYA, that even being so behind in technology we are advancing with this much great speed.🙂
