I have an older one and it heats like a champ.

How coincidental! I happen to have one of these as well, albeit a slightly older version. I expected it so have slightly more restricted airflow compared to my Pelonis wire-element heater, but I didn't expect it to have virtually no airflow at all! Yet, somehow, it manages to heat up small rooms quite well, particularly bathrooms.

It had a very thin layer of dust on the element when I got it, I blew it off with the can of R410A (pretty sure I put some oil in the motor too) and was quite surprised to see that the performance did not improve whatsoever. It seems like half the air is blowing back out the rear of the unit. I don't get why it's like that since plenty of other heaters use the exact same fan and element. Definitely a neat design though.

None of these style units seem to move much air, but this is ridiculous. It's performing as if there's a sweater on the element. I don't understand why it's like that either, the element and blades look just like all the other ones I have like this.

I've got one of those, and it's a very good heater.

It seems like it should be, I just don't understand why it doesn't move any air!

I think that fan blade aerodynamics is wrong and you can improve it by bending blade or is that ceramic element blocking some amount airflow? I am waiting that video where you test and improve airflow if it is possible? I have Lidl Silvercrest fan heater witch throws air about 10-15 centimeters on the front of the heater but i am going to improve that fan heater airflow performance. Sorry for my English skills, i am Finnish person and native language is Finnish but i read english text and listen too but my writing skills are not so good.

You cannot bend the blades on this, they are not made of metal. Unfortunately I doubt there is any way to improve the performance of this unit, it probably just stinks.

Wow wuss a freak show that the heater stinks lol not moving enough heavy maybe the fan need to be pitched noted to move the air I’m thinking it’s the air dynamics I enjoyed the video

Always a freakshow, unfortunately the blade is plastic so there's no way to change it.
