At spawn go left of one of the signs and there is a door on the bottom of the island you will find it, go in the portal and you there

If you reach the end you get to do bonus stage. Easy, Medium, Hard, Difficult, Intense, Extreme, Arduous. Then you get to go to bonus stage.

No you can actually just go to spawn and look around until you see a cave and go in it it should be a bonus stage with a no flight sign
