Before this video I was stuck on 18k dps.
Now I'm stuck on 17.5k

Can you see how much dps each person does in trials games on console? Never figured out how to turn that on

Dottz, would it be possible to some gear videos for people who largely play solo PVE content (world bosses/normal dungeons/public dungeons)? So lower-mid tier/mid tier content? A lot of the videos i see online from Alcast/Deltia et al show gear that can only be gotten from VMA/Trials/vet dungeons and i just can't do those but want to try to get some good builds from craftable sets/normal dungeons and overlands sets. Maybe a 2-3 gear combination suggestions for magika builds (I do magika for everything) and then also for Stamina?

How do I pull up the combat metrix? I downloaded it but my dumb ass doesn’t know how to pull it up.
You have to bind a keybind to it in your keybind settings

Is 30k any good I feel like I do damage but get told it's not enough
30k dps is fine for all normal trials and the vet craglorns
Oliver Johnson I used to hit 20k and did vet crag trials...was told 35k was required for vmol and vhof
Now I finally hit 36 k and it’s required 40k
Im barely getting 7k

i did 11373,3 , 4m 27s on a skeleton , i dont fucking understand man i did everything i can posssibly do i don get it , but as i can see you guys start with full ultimate points and using potion boff at first , i did it raw this must be the problem , anyway i would love to have reccomandation

Hmmm i dont know but everytime i use 3 abilites in a row all my magicka is gone and it takes like ages for it to recover and i put every character point into magica..

I don't even know what parsing is
My weapon damage is stuck at 2.3k with 34k stamina and 50% weapon crit. Is there a secret buff i missed at lvl 1 that doubles your weapon damage or something?
Are your weapons g old quality? are you using major brutality? do you have all your passives? is your gear enchanted? do you have buff food? a mundus? all those things add up.
No believing in some magic rotation is stupid change to the skills needed, be apart of the group not some dps bot, add buffs and debuffs, thats all thse guides are stupid because they just assume some big number on your damage counter wins in a MMO based off the holy Trinity, throw some warhorns build the group.

Do I have to worry about my damage while I am leveling. At what amount of cp should I actually start to care about how huge my damage is (as a dd)
So Dottz, I was doing a vet dungeon with my guildies. Then one of then one of them says that my DPS isn’t that great and that i MUST have endless hail and caltrops as a stamina DD. Now, I’m not really into that meta “you HAVE to use these spells” kind of player. I ofc want to optimize my dps and build, but to a certain point where it’s still fun to play and that i don’t necessarily need to follow the meta. Do you think it is possible to get a decent dps without going meta?
Without going the meta? absolutely. I have a member of my community who ive worked with alot to get one of the most non-meta magblade builds ever up to 30k dps. BUT, he still is using certain skills that are really powerful for his class. Even if you play a non-meta setup, certain skills are just really really strong and should be utilized if possible. As a stam DD, Caltrops and Endless Hail do fall under that category. Depending on your class, you may be able to work around caltrops, but imo endless hail is too strong to pass up for a stam DD
is there any working script to auto light attack when you press any skill button? I tried different AHK scripts but none are working good. They just randomly spam LL but not 100%. This mechanism is so annoying and boring, smashig buttons like idiot ..
Yeah honestly. I never thought ESO relies too much on you actually smashing buttons endlessly.
I had the same thought at first, but then I realized that would make the game way too homogenous by removing all the skill involved with animation cancelling. There needs to be room for player skill to count or the game would just be totally boring.
Stupid question: why do you start with a full ult? Is it normal to start real fights like that? I am told you are supposed to "kill" the dummy anyway for a more accurate read so wouldn't it be more realistic to generate ult during the parse?
Yes. You can very easily start a boss fight with a full ult bar and ult dump at the start. Normally you start with full ult and continue to generate through the parse
@@dottzgaming thanks for the answer :D when I think about it, I am usually at least halfway there most of the time. And im Def guilty of not using my ults enough in the big fights. Me, leaving money on the table...

For an assisted parse you should also have combat prayer, spell power cure, worm cult, orbs for sustain, litteraly everything that helps.
Yeah a full raid parse uses all that. I do plan on updating this guide to include that in the upcoming weeks!
Pulling 12000 on the 3 mill skeleton at level 42 with 150 cp points. In crap gear. Is that terrible
You arent level 50 and dont even have 160cp points. That's max gear level. Work towards that before worrying about dps parses

thanks for the hard work dottz niw i need more assistance im doing a mag dk pve build exactly your final build at the site except the head and shoulder and i use lover Stone and a sharpened gold mechanical acuity on both bars my cp now is about 290 i do damge test on dummies scake from 15 to 17.6 k damge am i doing good or there is somthing wrong, thanks again mate you are the one who helped me mostly in my bulid and the entire game i just started the game about 3 months ago
That's not bad dps wise! When you can though definitely swap your weapons to infused, much better than sharpened! For monster helms, I recommend Grothdarr until you can get Zaan :)

I have a tank build but some salty noobs just keep up crying and complaining after they easy hey I can't control them not during surrounding damage either taunt them all 😂 if I can swing my chain around that be easy but only pure stabs . I wanna know how to do more damage so salty Player won't cry all the time. Especially the tank served that purpose isn't supposed to do damage but to draw enemies away

Dps players have no brain cells also eso has a overtaunt only 3 taunts on a enemy allowed over 16 seconds

@@resinfingers3896 this video is old and was used to display a parse, not show off insane DPS. My mDK pulls much, much higher damage nowadays.

Rotation varies based on class and build, but in simple terms it means the optimal order to use your skills

What the #£$* is a parse?
When you attack a target dummy and get your final DPS for that duration, and the analytics through Combat Metrics, that is called a parse
