Love our BedRug!! We have had it since 2020 with no issue,,, however, when we installed ours,,, I felt compelled to install a cover as we have cats in our neighborhood and my fear was they might use the rug as a restroom!! LOL, but overall, would not change a thing! Great video!
FYI You're going to need a brace bar for the bedrug, it's just as bad as a plastic bedliner. The impact bedrug is the one that keeps the sliding from happening
Have not had any issues yet with cargo. But I also have an adjustable brace bar that I always use. My wife and kids like it when they climb around inside (drive-in theatre) as it’s more comfortable to sit on.
I had a bedrug in my Ram 3500. Loved having it in the truck bed. Traded it in last weekend for my F350. I've never seen these in any stores. Have you seen the Impact one Bedrug has?
@@DieselLegiance yeah I’ve had that one for the past 3 years on the Ram. It sucks. It being able to see these things in a store to just know how it is in life and not just online or in a video. I’m likely going to get the BedRug classic rather than the impact. The impact does come with some benefits, water doesn’t stand on it and it can be wiped down or swept out versus sprayed.
Great video! I have a similar truck with the gooseneck prep. Can you use a gooseneck hitch with the Bedrug installled? Another question: I already installed a Bak revolver X4S, do I have to uninstall the bed cover before installing the Bedrug? Thank you
@jesseogden6138 it honestly should not be that hard to do. If you use the 5th wheel hitch just make minimal cuts to fit the ball/bracket through. If you don’t use the 5th wheel hitch much, leave it alone.

2016 Platinum. Have the bedbug. I like it. Works good. Keep hot things off of it. Will melt. (Prior video watched on the topic.) Thanks for the video!
Can you get extra 3m strips

The impact liner in my opinion allows things to slide easier.
Did you install a tailgate seal to help keep dust and water out?
Are you still happy with it? How did you handle the led on each side of the bed?
Sold the truck but I did really like it. I just cut small holes for the LED lights.

The one I have has a foam padding which is nice but the impact one would be helpful if you beat up your bed a lot.

I’m sure you can with minor modifications
Did you cut out for your 5th wheel prep package?
No, as at the time of install I didn’t use the 5th wheel prep for towing so I left it alone.
@@DieselLegiance I have one on the way and am not really looking forward to cutting it up for the 5th wheel.

Drive in theater? lol
Does the 17-22 bedrug fit the 23?
