Today our PIA flight was from Islamabad to Karachi at 7 pm. We reached domestic departure at 6:25 PM, 35 minutes left but they did not give us boarding pass and said the boarding time is over. Then we booked 9:30pm flight of PIA airline and have to pay 78,790 rupees fair and then they sent us for boarding at 9:10 pm, just 20 minutes left but they allowed us. The ticket that we bought for 70,000 went to us for 1,48,000 and 790 rupees... Where is the justice? The PIA is collapsing because of Corrupt people. We will never ever use PIA again.
