Jason is right Anna has a nerve saying he is straddling two worlds when she has been doing that most of her career especially recently. Also when did the gh writers make Anna so determined to go after Sonny wasn’t she at his penthouse last fall crying over shooting Charolette. Anna needs to take time and reflect on how stupid some of the things she says are.
I'm on Jason's side on this, it's none of Anna's business to comment on Jason's relationship with Sonny. She's definitely right on the surface level, but it's like Jason said, it's not as black and white as she's making it seems. One thing I know about the Jason character is he hates when people patronize him as if he's not a grown man with agency, even then. Jason does need to change his relationship and dynamic with Sonny, but it won't be because of breaking some "control" Sonny has over him, but it should be about him having a fuller life for himself.

Carly did warn Ava that Cates' sole focus was on getting Sonny, and if Ava had been paying better attention, she would have picked up on early warning signs that throwing her lot in with Cates could hurt more than help her! Coming up with an entirely new witness statement, out of the blue, that isn't suspicious at all, no one could possibly question or see right through that, right? If the judge and Federal prosecutor do not consider Cates own claim that there's an active FBI investigation into Sonny to be sufficient evidence, then they will hardly be any more receptive to Ava's statement, along the same lines! The FBI, like any governmental agency, is a bureaucracy, so where's all the paperwork that Cates must have filed during "this investigation," or where's the case number of this investigation, and when was he assigned to the case?
She would say and do anything to protect Valentin. She wanting him to get away with messing with Sunny medication..... protect and serve but she want bring down Valentin for his crimes and Anna needs to be taking down for all and what she's doing now. Sunny should tell Kevin or Laura what Valentin did and let Laura know that Anna help him escape.

Anna may be an absolute hypocrite, compromised and even slightly corrupt; but she’s right about Jason. I believe deep down she wants the best for Jason. Jason’s debt to Sonny for befriending & taking him under his wings after the accident have been paid off. As long as Jason continues to be an enforcer & cleaning after Sonny’s mess, he’ll never have his own life & truly ever be happy. Look at how Sonny treated him when he came back (don’t come @ me with He wasn’t in his right mind BS). Medicated or not, he didn’t even give Jason the benefit of the doubt. He’s also has treated Jason like dirt over the years. I used to think these 2 had an unbreakable bond, but it’s been broken. Especially after JarLy got together briefly; Sonny hasn’t been able to look at them or trust them the same. Sonny hasn’t been the same since NF & gotten with Nina; he’s treated most of his family like dirt. He always demands loyalty but quick to call them a ‘traitor’ when they do something he doesn’t like. Like Anna said, Jason can run the coffee business, build a life out of that away from Sonny’s BS. If you’re a true Jason fan, you must want that for him.

We’re still waiting for an apology from him after the way he’s treated him. Jason needs to finally realize that he needs to put his own happiness; Sons; love life ahead of Sonny’s.
