    Method:
    1. To a bowl, add curd, ginger garlic paste, turmeric powder, Kashmiri red chili powder, regular chili powder, garam masala powder, salt, cumin powder, coriander powder, black pepper powder, lemon juice and food colour. Mix everything well.
    2. Pour the prepared marinade over the chicken, mix well and let the chicken marinate for about 1 hour.
    3. Wash the rice and soak it in water for 1 hour.
    4. Pour water in a pot and boil it. Add the soaked basmati rice along with the whole spices (Cinnamon, Cloves, Cardamom, Shahi Jeera, Peppercorns, MACE,
    Bay Leat ).
    5. Add salt and ghee to the pot. Cook the rice until it is
    95 percent done. Strain the cooked rice and keep it aside.
    6. Take ghee and oil in a pan. Add whole spices (Cinnamon, Cloves, Cardamom) and add onions, green chilies and saute for about 4 mins.
    7. Add tomatoes and saute for 5 mins. Remove the mixture from the pan and cool it.
    8. Take oil in a pan and cook the marinated chicken for
    10 mins in it. Keep the chicken pieces aside.
    9. To the leftover chicken gravy, add the onion and tomato mixture, mix well and cook for 5 mins.
    10. Add the fried onions, coriander and mint leaves. Mix well and add the cooked chicken pieces. Add fried onions again.
    11. Close the pan and cook for 10 mins on a low flame.
    Turn off the stove after 10 mins.
    12. For layering the biryani, spread a layer of basmati rice in the bottom of a deep pot.
    13. On this, spread a layer of the cooked chicken Tikka.
    14. Add some fried onions, chopped coriander leaves and mint leaves.
