@kullotskies it was like a glitch, the release weapons and runes for Thor but not the class. They fixed it on the 1st of this month, but I was able to get all my 3 ☆s runes and my 3 Ss runes.

Pretty balanced? with strip and break immunity? Storm barrier/wind forced convert? anti-hide? dps while shifting? hp loss? Pretty balanced is when they nerf this a month later.
