- The economic and social situation is very different in each of the European Union's 274 regions. This short video shows how the European Union helps to reduce these differences, by investing in economic growth, job creation and competitiveness. This short animation explains how the latest review of the EU's Cohesion Policy, concluded in 2013 and implemented as from 2014, is designed to help achieve the Europe 2020 Strategy objectives of smart, sustainable and inclusive growth by investing in key areas such as: research and innovation, the digital agenda, support for SMEs, the low-carbon economy, employment and mobility, better education, social inclusion and better public administration.

Over the past five years, EU cohesion policy has created over 600,000 jobs and invested in the professional training of up to 15 million people. It also co financed the construction of 25 000 km of roads, 1800 km of railways and preservation of many cultural heritage sites.

De werkeloosheid is toegenomen in de Eu.
De 600.000 banen zullen wel voor de Elite in Brussel zijn .
Die prijs van vrede en welvaart mogen ze ook wel terug storten .
Er komt een kolossale verschuiving in banen over de sectorgrenzen heen. De aardolie wordt verschrikkelijk duur. Ten tijde van het Rapport van Rome en het advies van Shell werd geboord tot 3000 meter diep op land. Tegenwoordig wordt geboord tot 9000 meter in zee met kolossaal dure spullen. Naar alternatieven voor aardolie en aardgas wordt dan ook uitgebreid gezocht en de oktrooien rijzen de pan uit. De oliemaatschappijen doen er aan mee en houden het precies in de gaten
Voor de benutting van zonne-energie zijn er al voldoende methoden om aardolie en aardgas te vervangen. Wind is ook een goede mogelijkheid maar elektriciteit kun je niet in het magazijn opslaan. Heb je geen gebruikers dan wordt er niet gedraaid. Dat was Nijland vergeten.
De Grote Elektrificatie voor de mobiele sector is al aangebroken. De benzinepomp en de kankerverwekkende dieselpomp kunnen naar het museum. De straalmotor die CO2 rechtstreeks in de atmosfeer deponeert zal door de propellormotor worden vervangen. Kleinere vliegtuigen met automatische besturing, bewaakt door Eurocontrol want op Schiphol heb je alleen maar rampen. De trein heeft de toekomst met 300 km/uur geheel elektrisch. Op Normaalspoor en dat ligt er in India helemaal niet en ook niet in Spanje of in Rusland en Azie. Werk zat.

I think it's great that EU is lowering roaming costs, and I think we need to continue going towards that direction - to lower international fees that hold back the EU market... I noticed that international bank transfer fees and goods shipping costs are pretty high.
