I keep trying to find people talking about the benefits of the sub fascial.. but I can’t find anything. I understand what it is and where the placement is but I’m not understanding if it’s better for smaller women to prevent rippling? Aesthetically? Health? Movement? .. etc etc
I have subfascial breast implants. And have very thin skin and not much natural breast tissue. I have slight rippling in my smaller breast but it depends on how I'm standing. I have large implants tho and they are not the firm type. So I would say mostly it looks really natural and I'm happy with it. If you worried about ripples you could get a firmer silicone
I had implants over the muscle and i had ripllings as my skin was thin,i were not happy knowing its so visable. I did revise surgery and my implants is under the muscle, cant be happier..wish i would have done in first go !
