Wow! This build is no joke, dude. I just switched to it after getting my ass kicked over and over by Commander Gaius using a pure strength build. It took me exactly one attempt with this build. Insane!!! Thanks for the cool build. I'm looking forward to trying out some of the others you have.
This works great on an arcane build as well with occult infusion. This also means you don't have to buff your weapon. There are also a crystal tear that gives you health when you do damage and also you should pair that with Malenia's greatrune for even more healing.
Yep, not having to reapply Bloodflame is great, even though it's one of my favorite spells! I have not tried the new lifesteal Tear, hopefully the effect is noticeable enough! Malenia's Rune can be great fun due to how fast the attacks are. I think I found it even easier than Morgott's extra HP against some enemies like Commander Gaius.
Thanks so much for the build! While playing the dlc with ng+4, I was having a hard time with the bosses, even when using a shield. Now I discovered this build and dlc is now very easy!
I found out that strenght build with star first works similar to this build, but with a bonus, the charged attacks stance break really fast, you should try, its very fun!
I love Talons + Blood Hound Step for hit dodge, hit dodge, hit dodge. But you're telling me I can change that to hit tank? I'm in!!! I'm excited for whenever we get to see your take on a dragon form build. It was one of my favorite things all the way back in DS1, so I'm really looking forward to playing with it in Elden Ring. Your builds have been helping me understand games on a deeper level since WotR. Cheers!
Endure on the dryleaf is busted. Especially against mobs with very high poise (ex divine warrior). Against the ones with regular poise, the fire knight greatsword is my fav.
Thanks! I like them but I think it's easier to chain Endure + fast attacks with the Raptor's Talons. The fact the new claws lunge you towards the enemies is nice though for closing in the distance.
What do you think of Dryleaf Arts? I've been having a lot of fun with a high faith setup with fire art infused dryleaf arts (and the dryleaf whirlwind ash of war)
sorry for a silly question, idk if i missed it or misunderstood but whats the affinity on the raptor talons? blood? quality? keen? any help is appreciated
@@cRPGBro thanks, yes i wanted to try your build since i have dex build. i also figured it out and let me say holy moly it was a damn good build. just beat radahn with it. all thanks to you
Quick question, haven't played ER since getting the plat when it released. Do I need to level up the finger seal or will leaving it at base level be fine? Only using it to apply buffs anyway right?
You don't necessarily have to level it. Bloodflame Blade does add a minor fire damage buff based on Incantation Scaling but it's not that noticeable since you'll have only 25 FTH anyways, but if you have the resources to spare, feel free to increase its upgrade value.
Blood flame spell didn't work for me.. Keen ? How you do it endure ash always I can only bleed or poison or something like this but cannot make keen for A dext... Is removed? Is cool build but I think is little fixed or what :)
Hi there! The build is fully up to date for the latest patch. Keen upgrade requires the Iron Whetblade item, which can be found early in Stormveil Castle. Bloodflame Blade will always work unless you infuse the weapon with Cold/Poison/Fire etc., which is why we want Keen (but Heavy can also work if you want to go full STR).
It can help if you want the MAX Phys Negation possible, but also reduces your healing. I think Boiled Crabs are more than enough, especially because of how good Endure is anyways as far as Negation stacking.
Very cool build, but i cant kill Malenia phase 2 facetanking. (12 faith, greatshield talisman, golden vow, boiled crab). Even if not facetanking you have to be so close when waterflow starts you have nowhere to run.
Are you using Endure before Waterfowl in the 2nd Phase? It does deal a lot of damage, but with Endure you can just drink flasks through it if you really want to facetank. 2nd Phase also lets you reapply a few buffs like Crab + Golden Vow at least as she recovers from the Flower move. Something that's also fun is since you can force her to come to you during 2nd Phase, activate any Shield with Holy Ground AoW for even stronger Regen + Defensive buffs.
You should be able to make the Raptor's Talons into Heavy, I think it's almost the same damage/scaling. Otherwise for a STR 2H Facetank Build you can check: ua-cam.com/video/qv1hnuqahfk/v-deo.html
Nope, you can instead get 30 FTH and use Black Flame's Protection, while it does reduce Healing by 20%, you still have enough tanking & Lifesteal/regen anyways.
Hi there, and thank you! I believe it can work, due to the nature of fast bleed stacks & attacks, and the fact even in the DLC Endure + other buffs & Max Blessing can give you around 92% Damage Negation. But of course, the higher enemy base damage, the less impactful Negation will be, but even then, 92% is a pretty big amount! I have not personally tried it so far in NG+, however. Malenia's Rune can also be used for very fast healing at the cost of HP from Morgott's.
@@cRPGBro exactly (: Especially after I had to spend 4 hours to finally beat Radahn 😂👍 I think I know the way I'd try the next time I'll decide to play 😏
I believe it is compatible, yes, but also more dangerous and annoying to get due to being a craftable. Dangerous because it will most likely run out during the DLC bosses, but you can always switch to a weapon with Endure then.
build is useless in many of fights, you have a short-range weapon and many of bosses dont stay in close with you and no waiting once you start to restore HP and stuck bleeding effect.
I mean, I showcased it against all the toughest DLC bosses, Malenia is also very easy with it! For bosses that move more you can use the Beast Claw weapon for the lunge ability, or close in the distance. Thankfully with Endure you have enough defenses to tank on anything.

babe wake up, crpg bro dropped another banger
Thanks, mate!
I went from a near impossible to win fight with my dex dodgy built to a fairly easy bout, thx!
Nice! It's why it's one of my favorite builds.
Thanks so much for the build! While playing the dlc with ng+4, I was having a hard time with the bosses, even when using a shield. Now I discovered this build and dlc is now very easy!
Always glad to help, it's one of my favorite builds and I especially like how good it is even in NG+ indeed!
Thanks for the build! I absolutely minced Radahn in the DLC. I was almost sad it was over so fast.
Yep, was the easiest time I've had with him as well!
@@cRPGBro Thanks for the guide! Please tell me, which items are the core of the build for the early game?
really just tried and i performed so much better with shield build. I feel like im even more hopeless on this build
saw a clip of this on your tank video, and wondered if you had a full video on it, and yep.
I very rarely comment on youtube but i just 2 shot Messmer and then 1 shot gaius straight after! Insane build! Thank you!

at last, a build that actually works. was able to facetank the pig captain no problem with this
Is it better to use them paired or dual wielded? Does one have a better moveset?
For the love of god please make pathfinder builds your the only one
cRPG Bro is brilliant! nice work!
Much appreciated!
This is exactly what i wanted thanks man
Thanks for the build!
What's the best wondrons physick ?
For this character, I cover it at 10:47
Is it possible to just use hookclaws instead of the talon? hookclaw has a better stats
What's the ideal starting class and can similar results come from the Hookclaws? for the more accurate Wolverine aesthetic?
Vagabond is my preferred pick, and yep, Hookclaws are a great choice too!
You can also go STR with Heavy instead of DEX/Keen if you want.
how did you manage to achieve 90% damage reduction , i can't get more than 85%
Nice video what do you think of the new claws in the DLC?
Thanks!

do you think than Bloodstained dagger col+ blood can also work ?
i dont get the build. Even with the talisman i have like 0 life leech. I kinda die from 2 or 3 hits. Must be doing something wrong lul
will you do updated guides for pets and companions?
It is planned, although it's hard to juggle time between Elden Ring, new PF content and now we also have new Rogue Trader stuff coming soon 😅

How do you get the keen affinity on the endure ash of war ? It doesn’t show on my options
For that, you need the Iron Whetblade item, which should be found even early at Stormveil Castle!
So when i try to add endure ash of war to my raptor talons it only allows me to do heavy and won't give me keen option. How do I get keen endure?
Do you have the Iron Whetblade item? It's necessary for adding Keen Affinity and can be found decently early in the game.
@@cRPGBro thanks! i actually wasn't aware of how whetstones worked. I backtracked to strormveil and picked it up!
