evasion terror affixes? anything else to stack up evasion rate?

@@seanstonerock eternal gear inner sanctuary 4/4 gives 9.3% evasion by strife on bg , mgc attribute (endure) stack evasion depends on how many near enemies , mystic strike shoulder essence 20% evasion & the cap is 30%

I can agree with cap 30% but its shouldnt have strife reduction, i used it long time ago and check stats inside BG ​@@shoujitv2016
